neutral And where does the OOC part come into my RP ele? please explain to me this....
you nor anyone else knows why Aizen informed the Kumo security team.
But it's rather simple really... and it's RP knowledge.... WTF is OOC NCP advantage? LMFAO....
Aizen Stated where the group way located at, and thus the Security detail team arrived at that area and located them....
And Aizen Did that to get away without being dragged down by some punt attack. It was my entire reasoning for doing so, to leave the group without conflict and thus travel ahead for information and a reason in which to decide for his ownself if the two were innocent or guilty...
sometimes you might just want to ask me on my doings instead of simply stating and ASSUMING my intentions.....
@ this is to everyone, you don't like how I'm going about something Pm me and talk to me, other wise please don't put your two sense into my Actions.....It's annoying, and really cowardly.

I think what he means is that you can't use NPC's to give yourself a super advantage since they don't have stats and aren't included in making checks and such. For instance, if you had an army behind you, they can look cool and stuff, and give others a 'challenge' to get to you, but they can't actually help you in battle or stop a determined PC. @the last part: Well, your actions are dastardly, so it's not like we'd like it. Its frustrating, but I'd rather not stop whatever you do, just keep going and see where it all goes.

Yes for all intents and purposes the ONLY people that can use NPC's which would hinder another PC in some way are neutral mods.
Ie a mod who has no stake in the events occurring. Only these people can make NPC's that can hinder PC's if they don't want to be hindered.
If a situation arises like this again, such as one where you think logically some NPC's would step in such as the guards, inform a neutral mod (remember if Ele and Antonio aren't available I'm always a neutral mod as I don't have a character) and they'll control the responses and actions of the NPC's.
This should occur for all future situations such as this. After all, you'd have to convince the guards that you, the random child stranger, was telling the truth and not just pulling their strings for a good laugh or to distract them for something worse, they wouldn't necessarily take your word at it.

In addition to what DBL said, basically what I was saying was. It was OOC advantage because you, OOC wise, decided for your self that those guards were going to show up, etc. You decided for yourself OOC wise that they would believe what you were saying. You decided for yourself OOC wise that you would be able to find them at all. So if you could do that all rprically and cause them to not be able to get away. Then by that logic, there is no point in having a stat system. With that logic, why would I bother using stats? I would just rprically have a high level Anbu follow me around lol

you've Apparently "Already escaped" Kumo security team... why are you setting up camp in their territory again...
Bluntly speaking, that's idiotic to do, you gain distance from a potential threat and yet you still stay in the area xd
Move on already... make camp beyond the boarder....
