Further annoyed by the outright pessimism of Tutsumi, he narrows his eyes a little, opening it in Tut's hand to the message. " Already read it.She says that Sarya is resting, healing. Not exactly an imminent death message. The real question is, if it's Aven, which is likely, -why- is she bleeding? She's supposed to have Sarya sedated."

"Maybe you're still sniffing glue, Seph. That might be why you're having such a weird day. That stuff messes with your head, ya know." Iri says this with a totally straight face. On the inside, she wants to crack up.
Iri doesn't reply to Tut. She just rolls her eyes and thinks to herself, On a bit of a high horse, aren't we?
Then she hears the rest of what Tut has to say. That gives her a better idea of what's going. So something's wrong with Reeve's wife? Uh-oh...
(( By the way, Reeve, you said you like to stick to Guinness? I tried that stuff. XP How do you drink that!? ))

((Glad you liked that. And hey! Guinness is, by far, the best-tasting stout out there. Bar none. It takes everyone a while to get used to stout beer, but believe-you-me..))
He smirked, but hid it away quickly. "Maybe we shouldn't focus on the why, so much. We know she's bleeding. That's all that matters. What's important is, where is she? And where is Sarya? If we find one, chances are, we find the other." He stepped down onto the grass, dodging blood on his way.

Sticking his tongue out a little, then slipping it back in, he sighs and looks to Iri with a sigh.
"I didn't mean girls...I meant ask someone like Reeve or Seph. I'm not entirely proud about it, but I'm glad to say I've found the one...just hope she doesn't have to leave..."
He sighs again and shakes his head, slapping his cheeks a few times to get him focused again.
"RIGHT. Okay...damn...wish we had some scent hounds..."

Reeve throws up a ball of lightning to illuminate the area. As he does so, his other hand points. "The tracks stop just there, so if she went anywhere, knowing her, she flew or teleported. Either way, she's long gone by now. But, we don't know if she made it all the way to her destination, or crashed midway. I don't know if she could fly the whole way there- I went to her 'summer home' of sorts once, and that was a long way off."

(( I would get on MSN, but I don't have it on this computer. I'm babysitting right now, so it wouldn't be right for me to download something without getting permission first. And my sister still isn't back from her roller derby after party. >.< ))
Violet eyes widen at Tut's comment. "Dude! Was that just plain mind-reading? Don't do that! And as far as searching, I could just fly around and see if there's anything obvious in the area. If this Aven chick is injured, she couldn't go very far very fast, right?"
Iri looks at Reeve. "Want me to fly off and take a look around? And what direction would she have gone in?"
(( As far as the Guinness goes, it was my first time to sample alcohol, so maybe it was just too much for me in particular. *shrugs* I dunno. ))

He frowned, he was hoping he didn't have to divulge that bit of information, but under the pretenses it would have been best to give enough for Seph not to get pissy.
"If you go, I say Reeve should go as well...it's about time that Reeve got to see his wife, don't you agree...Reeve?"

Seph grumbled something inaudible, then relaxed. "I think, if at all possible, we all should go. And I think we should leave relationships out of it for the time being." His voice was stern.

Iri nods her head. "I don't mind helping, and it gets the job done faster if more people are doing it."
Big wings spread and Iri gives a powerful pump of the appendages. A few more pumps and she's hovering in the air, waiting for orders. "Where should I go?"

Reeve sighs expressively. "Damn you all and your camaraderie!"
He looks up at Iri and points. "Try that way! If anything, that's the way the signs point." Looking at Seph and Tut, he shrugs. "And I guess we'll spread out beneath her. Maybe...20 feet apart? People flying tend to go in straight lines, aye?"
