Don't ask me. I didn't make that rule. I suppose you could just join a clan with more clan techniques so they won't go wasted.

-shrug- go ahead but thats how the rule has always been. Thats why Loki couldn't have all the stone bending techniques from Hidden Time. They weren't clan. He'd have to learn them.

I think that rule should be removed or alterred. They are becoming a new person and should be able to exchange any and all skills for others regardless of the type since they have to relearn them anyway. I'm going to bring this up in the mod forum in a bit. 3nodding

metal mist Dr E- well what am i supposed to do with all of the left over points? i will have like 70k pts that will be unused. That's part of the cost of dieing, only straight clan switches. You don't lose chakra points, but you can't carry extra old clan points over for new techniques.

I'm not really a higher up just like drago's conscience but I just got other non clan techniques from the same person or people when I had leftovers
beacuse I was in the kaguya clan when I switched to my made up but I didn't ask anyone I slid by so it may be different with you because everyone knows

i personally think that it should be aloud especially from the BIG technique clan switches. anything like the Uchiha tend to have a LOT of techniques and are hard to replace, so why not allow this type of thing.

Dr Entropy o.o Well from my knowledge thats not supposed to be done. To my knowledge it's not. Plus Drago said he wanted the death rules actually enforced now. Sooo... Yeah... that leaves Mist at 2000 Chakra Points, no memory, and no skills available basically... except clan I think.

Well then there wouldn't be any draw back for dying. A person shouldn't be able to die just because they want a new clan. (Srly you and Loki abused that heavily) I think the rule should stand.
