Poetic Writer Raiton: Shiroi Yari (Lightning Release: White Spear) • Rank - D •Using the Tanto or another type of sword the user is able to send their Raiton in the form of a more appealing small white chakra blast. This technique is much faster than the “White Blade” at the cost of loss in a bit of it’s power. Unless used with a projectile attack (Suriken, Senbon, etc.) Can Someone explain this a bit more? This sounds exactly like white blade and im trying to tell the difference between the two of them. This is a Hatake technique. It is like White Blade... but Faster, and less Power. You trade power for speed in essence with that jutsu.

Since you were inactive for such a long time it is not a wonder why you don't know what has happened. So I will enlighten you ^-^ Truthfully, I am the Captain, I just haven't been switched over yet. When SY hit a hard decline, Q informed the mods and even the guild I believe, that RL was starting to take over, as does for everyone at sometime in life. He was going to promote someone to take over and continue to help SY as he would step down ( not leave) and deal with what he had to do.
Which I have done to the best of my ability. I rather did my best to get this far, but I know there is still much work I need to do to give the guild another and further push. Such as getting villages to their full capacity. Which leads me to further say, it is hard to bring up the past of SY. Then, every village and forum was bustling with enormous activity. If times were like they were, then I could easily pick another person. But after going through two Kages, I'm putting it upon my own shoulders until I can find a suitable person to take over. For it isn't right to the rpers of the Mist to suffer because they lack a Kage. And the Mist, is one of the most active villages. So I do not think I'm wrong for keeping activity in this guild and helping to bring it back to it's once prestigious status among Naruto Guilds ^-^
Edited: Basically, I wouldn't go over my power for no reason. ^-^

Chillz, you two... sounds like a massive pissing contest.
A: Not a member's place to challenge the leadership out in the open in OOC chat, You should have sent Panthers a PM instead instead of bringing out your dirty laundry to the public... its only flame bait.
B: Panthers knows what he is doing, he's a capable RPer and Im sure he will find a replacement for Mizukage quickly enough, but you should have faith in the leadership of the guild.
C: This is a game. Games are fun.. or are supposed to be. Just relax and go along for the ride.

If you want I can be Mizukage. I can have my current Jounin from Kumagakure ( Hidden Cloud ) take the spot. I was Yuki and Temp. Hokage in SN ( Shinobi Nations ). If you are okay with that. If not, that is okay too ( O w o ) just want to make your work load less. EDITED:: or I can make a new character ( O w o )

You need to take them up with Qastor before you decide to do that. You're already leader of Leaf, I do believe that is enough.
