I've got to be the only person on earth who finds scholarships depressing. I just think something seems...off about the fact that schools want to give me money for my grades even though I know my parents can afford the extra twice over...there are plenty of other people who have to do awful things like take out loans that will probably take about thirty years to pay back; can't they give the scholarships to them instead?

I suppose it depends on the scholarship.
And scholarships that give money to those people are very popular and they can't give it to all the applicants...

Also! A recent post on a certain popular website just gave me the most profound sense of hope I've ever felt. For the briefest of seconds, I actually didn't fear for the next generation. Then I realized it was just one example...still, though, it's very nice to see things like that.

Yea, I wish there were more scholarships for the people that need it. Or just make going to college a lot cheaper in general so scholarships weren't necessary.

Too fricken hard butI know own it and didn't pay anything <3 D: I need Microsoft Publisher on my computer, so I have to wait another week just to go back to school and finish off the rest of this thing. D: It sucks. but I finally got it all o3o ms suite AND project (its like 700 and not part of the suite D smile Luckyyy... ehh, I have the Adobe stuff. wink Very D: I've been asking for MS project for months. The only other time some one had it was my dad from back when he started working as a project manager. =.= his MS project was sooo old it was on 3 floppy disks and he's like see i told you i had it and i'm like D= My computer doesn't even have a floppy drive... Lmao. WOW. XD I remember those daysss. cool

They need to get rid of scholarships overall. It's making a bad system even worse, for no real reason.

I'm really, really scared right now D:
The main light has gone out, like really randomly and now it's really scary and weirdd crying ... And the weird thing is the lamp next to me is still on. crying ... I think Imma just jump into bed in a bit.

I just saw, There Will Be Brawl. It didn't have a definitive ending. That pissed me off. A lot. Non-definitive endings anger me a lot. >.> That and the fact that Pit was a wuss. Other than that though it was pretty good, but still. >.>

So I saw my cousin Ian making out w/ his friend Kyle *pic on Facebook omgz!!!*... idk if he is gay or not *not that I have a problem w/ it* but I'm REALLY worried if the pics get out to my side of the family *with us being Super Catholic dear god I am not terrified for him*
Is it ok if I show pics w/o his knowing to see if he was serious or having "too much fun" in college? EDIT: nvm that, I'm starting to think he was taking pics and it was his friend *not sure on that one because Ian looks really similar to all the friends I met/saw on his FB page o_o

I'm excited about my mini-vacation, but I am never planning a vacation with my bf again. If he wants to do something, it's his turn to plan. xDDD
And I had a fabulous time in the spa today! I got a massage, a manicure, and a pedicure - and the massage went so fast that I felt like I was in there for 15 minutes. I was in there for a full hour. o.0 I'll definitely be back because that place was awesome. whee
