crying Geez... is there anyone in mist who can give my genin permission to train? I am an active RPer and I hate just waiting around for days on end.

The Mizukage is in his office like 24/7. Just waltz on in there and ask. >_> I filed the paperwork to an attendant and am waiting ICly. I even posted such, since it didnt feel right IC for a genin to just barge in on one of the strongest Mist shinobi.

He even repeatedly tells people to just come on in unless the door is locked. @_@

Raiton: Shiroi Yari (Lightning Release: White Spear)

•Using the Tanto or another type of sword the user is able to send their Raiton in the form of a more appealing small white chakra blast. This technique is much faster than the “White Blade” at the cost of loss in a bit of it’s power. Unless used with a projectile attack (Suriken, Senbon, etc.)
Can Someone explain this a bit more? This sounds exactly like white blade and im trying to tell the difference between the two of them. This is a Hatake technique.
