'Ruhi: It's a universal shtick amongst the Doctors. Many of them have used it.

Yeah, but i didn't realize this until i googled it... But yeah, he is awesome, which is also part of the reason why i don't like that he isn't The Doctor anymore...

Mana: Well how much did all of the doctors use it? Maybe the tenth doctor just used it a lot more than average? I dunno. XP
Crystal: Well he had a good run as the doctor. Plus regeneration is just apart of who the doctor is, it's one of the big things of the show I think.
Not to mention he had like a five year run, that's like the second highest time someone's ever been a doctor, the number one amount of time going to Tom Baker who was the doctor for seven years.

Crystal: You sound like one of those closed minded folks. I firmly believe that Tennent could have been amazing, if not for Martha in series three. Hated that chick. Donna was awesome, but she could get terribly dull.
Ruhi: I'm pretty sure David used it more than any other Doctor. xD

Dunno, haven't watched all that many Doctor Who episodes to be honest.... But I have watched episode where Doctor Who and Torchwood cross-overed... those were AWESOME..
Yeah, I know it is.. and really? Five years as the Doctor.... Cool.

Mana: See? That was sort of part of David's schtick then. He probably used it so much that there isn't any paper left for Matt. XD
Crystal: Yeah, I mean I looked over the list of the other Doctor. At lowest, they only lasted a couple months for one or two of them. Pretty much everyone else aside from Tom Baker and Davind Tennant lasted for like three to four years.

Ruhi: I'm pretty sure David used it more than any other Doctor. xD Not really close-minded... Just... When I like how an actor portray's a character, I hate to see them replaced... Like I was PISSED they changed the actress playing Evelyn in the third Mummy movie... I mean, they kept the original Jonathan and O'Connel... The son was understandable as he was older what with the gap in between the second and third Mummy movies... But they didn't have to change her (Maria Bello in M:3, Rachel Weisz M+M2).... Or the one who played James Bond after Pierce Brosnan, Daniel Craig. He's a great actor... just not as suave and Bond's of past generations... Or the Willy Wonka remake, I didn't like their choice for Wonka's actor in that (aka Johnny Depp) He's a great actor, just not for something like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory/Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. It made him creepier than Wonka should be.... The actor that played Floop in Spy Kids would have been better.... and they even changed Violet and her parent... Originally it was her Dad, and not her mom that went with her (and they dressed the two EXACTLY ALIKE!!! *cringes* )

Also, I think with the new Willy Wonka movie, they just did it to make it more modern I guess.

Mhm... I haven't watched Sean Connery as James Bond, having only seen Die Another Day and Casino Royale, but he was definitely one of the best Bonds. And yeah, I know that was their idea for the remake, I mean Tim Burton directed it... and notice how Johnny Depp is in many of Tim Burton's films? But I still prefer the original to the remake...
