Qastor Sugino Sakada The Arc NPC soon to die we dont like to promote Rinnegan. Not many guilds do anymore. That's mostly because people make it overpowered without reason. I know in one guild we half way created a Rinnengan system that made it powerful yet so much. Because in truth, any kekkei genkai and/or clan is powered in some fashion. But still, is that NPC usable and if so, who is playing that character?

He was being used by Fallen, but hes now up for grabs since he hasnt posted in age, he was never properly made a profile so I may make him one. He will rule rogue until the end of this arc in which case at the end the Uchiha rogues Tokui and Shi will rise up and kill him. You can rp him if you want, but he wont be around too long really.

That would be fine with me. I can promise to keep the utilization of the character fair, as well as powerful. All I ask is to know all the characters that are within the Rinnengan utilization before making my 'move' with him. But hey Q, if you really want to try out the Rinnengan, I can help you develop it. ^-^ The only reason it never succeeds, is because people usually holding it, never can take the responsibility of wielding the Kekkei Genkai. But I believe with careful creation and consideration of who should wield it, it can be a beneficial Bloodline.

Im honestly on the fence about it, but we could always utilize the test forum again for it if you wanted to make that your project, you are still crew arent you? emotion_drool Hes, using all my old rpcs as the bodies, so I can get you the pics and make the Rinnegan bodies if you have a format you want me to use?
