It would probably be good if you took care of your states without asking for England's help, though. =u=; I mean... he already has a lot of dominions and stuff to look after. It's a bit much to ask him to help babysit a bunch of states on top of his own Commonwealths. (Or whatever they call themselves. Can't quite remember and don't care enough to check right now)

What? No! Of course not! Sharks are just big eating machines who never have anything interesting to say. They're too dumb to understand simple requests, anyway.

Yeah, but I wouldn't recommend it. They're pretty rude and might try to take a bite out of you before the end of the conversation.
