Elsewhere Diana fought bravely against Thor and The Hulk but she was outmatched. Both were about as strong as Diana was but there were two them.. Diana lassoed Hulk. Thor hit Diana with his hammer.. then Hulk restrained Diana as Maxwell took over her mind to.. Max then spoke in a calm manner.
"Now Diana... where are the children?"
"In the gym.. for the dance..'
Maxwell then got on a communicator.
"You hear that?"
"Loud and clear"
"We need to take over the gym"
" Roger"

The sounds of the shower were heard in the bathroom in Billy's dorm room while Teddy waited, seated on the bed.

Meanwhile, in Blue Valley, Arkansas...
In the darkness of the night, a tremendous red flash of light suddenly rose up in the air above the West household, crackling into the sky, eerie and silent. A couple of elderly people out for a walk looked up.
"Looks like young Wally is playing with fireworks again..."
"I thought his parents sent him to boarding school."
The huge flash of light tapered off, and then became nothing. Stillness returned to the town.
"Gonna have to talk to his mother about that, that boy should know better than to light off fireworks on Halloween."
Children in halloween costumes walked by the elderly couple. Seeing the lights off in the West house, they skipped it and moved on to the next house.

x_______________________________________________ Teddy snuck over to the door, giving it a gentle poke. It swung open slightly, and he stared at it aghast. He had just done that. It was almost big enough to for him to stick his head in and take a peek. But he wouldn't. He so wouldn't. He'd be polite. Immediately he went back to the safe spot on the bed.
