Swiss pwns the rest of the world. Cheddar is a bit generic for me. I hate gouda though. Parmesan is awesome. Harvarti is expensive but good. Alfredo is okay. Mozarella has no taste.

There is no safety limit on cheese! Unless you're lactose intolerant like my dad.
