i've actually been trying a breathing thing.. though, i just made it up.. and, well, its just breathing XD but whenenver one of my roomates goes to shower, i close my eyes, try to calm myself (NOT clenching my stomach) and just breath in and out with deep breaths. sometimes it works... I do with that my roomie who takes about a 5 minute shower XD my other roomate, however, takes about 10+ minutes in there.. sometimes up to a half hour.. i will lay down and breath and try to listen to the tv instead of the shower running..
my roomates are good to me.. they keep the door unlocked just incase for me (and with one being a guy roomate, the one who takes the longest, i try and not have to distrupt thier showers ^^; ) sometimes just knowing its unlocked helps.. but not always ^^;

A yoga teacher would be able to teach you a more foolproof method, getting timing and such downpat. My mother had little triggers on time and such and they instrutor got her to breathe a certain way to stop the triggers from going off. It's good that it's helping through, so getting a better idea of a better way to breathe would be able to help squash that feeling even more.
Stress balls and music also helped my mother, shower time she'd sit in her favorite chair turn on some music to drown out the noise and meditate / breathe and she never had a problem as she was focused on something else as opposed to the anxeity.

^^ I will have to look into the yoga thing 3nodding and the dr thing.. and possibly psychiatrist XD;;
i still think that this mornings illness is due to something entirely.. its a different.. "feeling" .. different kind of pain..

i still think that this mornings illness is due to something entirely.. its a different.. "feeling" .. different kind of pain.. Could be that it's getting worse as I said. Doctor and Yoga might be best simple yoga excerises could serve to calm during times when your have an attack, because your focusing on something else as opposed to your brain thinking that it has to go through the anxeity. The doctor could give you something for the stomach pains ^^

i think its finally calming down.. of course, my roomate is still asleep.. when he wakes up, it might come back ><;
but im going to lay down a bit on the couch,... so tired ^^;

I just got back from my interview... The district manager scared me a little cause it was a phone interview... but I think I did alright. And with any luck I might be hired!
