Don't worry. If not for the tumor I have, I'd be Jabba myself. Not that I'd mind. Fat people I am entirely envious of. Two pounds is such a milestone for me because my tumor forces my metabolism to melt weight off. If I can keep this and build on it, I feel like I am winning until I can afford to have the tumor removed.

Phantom_Knight_x_ Golden Corral. Just go cray-cray at Golden Corral. I usually do. I can eat up to eight plates and get hungry about ten minutes after we leave.

Lol. That's why I spend hours there. Eat 6 plates, and then after maybe an hour work down some more. Unfortunately, rarely ever do I have anyone that comes with me that will eat. This usually puts off my appetite.
The only person who has actually ever ate a decent amount that has come with me other than my mother is Rabid.

Pool would be insanely expensive. Gyms would be easier and cheaper to maintain - even a treadmill is cheaper than maintaining a pool.
However, pool engages more muscles than even kick boxing and thus burn more calories, and due to the constant reliant on muscle adjustment causes more toning.
However, if time is spent toward kick boxing the benefits of that are far better in my opinion. Kick boxing is also much cheaper than maintaining a pool.

I was a competitive swimmer for years, and it burns more calories per hour if swimming at a competitive training level, as compared to almost any exorcise i have ever done.

Competitively being the key word there. Most people will never do it competitively. Just sayin'.
Compared to things like kick boxing training - an hour of devotion and you will burn more than walking/jogging/or casually swimming and also have a better idea of how to defend yourself. Plus it's cheaper most of the time. wink

I dunno, I wasnt a fan of the styles of kick boxing, but there isnt much calorie burn from aikido.

I swim when I'm depressed. I was a mermaid in a past life.
Now the fact that my nickname is Manatee makes sense...

Lol, I was more comfortable in the water in high school then around people, which makes sense given my autism.
