Ryou was silent, biting his bottom lip so hard that blood was drawn. "Bakura." He stated, hearing the squeak and guessing that his yami was nearby. Bakura glanced up and, ignoring Kira now that she was awake, went over to his hikari, brushing his arm against Ryou's shoulder to let him know he was there. "Help me out here..." It was a plead but also an order. Bakura arched his eyebrows and glanced over at Ember, expecting her to protest in some way or force him away again. Bakura took Ryou's hand in his own to help guide him.

Kira looked over when she head ryou's voice. "Ryou." kira said softly and reached out grasping ryou's other hand.

Bakura leaned over and pried Kira's fingers away. "Ryou's not in right now. Please leave a message after he's left." He said, pulling Ryou out of Kira's reach.

Kira frowned softly fighting back tears "ryou please dont go.." she said.You could hear the saddness in her voice.She really wanted to be with him.
Ember hit bakura in the balls.

"I'm sorry--" Ryou was only able to say that much as Bakura suddenly jerked him to the side as his yami narrowly avoided Ember's strike.

Ember removed ryou for bakura's grip and guided him over so he was sitting beside kira.She then went to bakura starting to punch him.

Bakura growled, and the Millennium Ring started to glow. A beam of light issued forth, and he sent Ember's mind to the Shadow Realm. He was going to remind everyone of what he was capable of. Ryou hugged his knees to his chest, his head bowed. He sobbed, but of course he had no tears to shed...

Then ember fell to the ground with a thud.Her eyes were half open and souless.
Kira gently hugged "It's ok ryou.." she said softly.

Bakura stepped over Ember and went to the two. He forced Ryou to his feet, pushing Kira aside. "Ready to leave now?" He asked gruffly, knowing not to pressure the boy. He saw Ryou hesitate, and waited for an answer, though none came.

Kira squeeked but reached up grasping ryou's hand tightly "No...dont leave!"

Bakura was about ready to drag Ryou away when he heard a shout. "Aw, hell..." He grumbled, turning to see the pharaoh running into the park, seeing Ember on the ground, his Millennium Puzzle already glowing as he brought her mind out of the Shadow Realm. Atem hadn't yet noticed the three over there, and Bakura quickly summoned the Shadow Realm around the them, sending the three of them into the shadows. He knew that he and Ryou would be safe, having Millennium Items, but mortals wouldn't really last that long. He didn't care about Kira, though. Atem used the Millennium Puzzle to revive Ember, and knelt down on the ground, not seeing the orb of darkness by a tree. He shook her slightly. "Ember? Are you okay?"

Once she was revived ember shut her eyes tight and started trembling.
Kira gasped as the shadow relm appered and it instantly began to take it's toll on her weak mind "ryou...." she said said pain in her voice.After a moment or two kira colapsed at ryou's feet her eyes shutting.

"K--" Ryou wasn't able to get even her name out. He fell to his knees, hugging her. He rocked back and forth, holding Kira. After a little bit he let go, turning towards Bakura, sensing the powerful force of the Millennium Items. He wanted to fight Bakura, hit him, but all he was able to really do was pound on Bakura's chest and tremble slightly, fearing that too much time would do serious damage to Kira. "Get us out of here! Bakura, please!" His voice seemed small in the vast emptiness of the Shadow Realm. It was just swallowed up by the nothingness.

Kira lay still on the floor her eyes now shut.The shadow relm was taking a large toll on her mind.Soon souls appered hungery wanding to devour kira's soul.

Ryou could feel the presence of the souls, and tried to figure out how he could save her. Dropping back down to his knees, he untied the blindfold and touched the Millennium Eye, hesitating. Biting his bottom lip, bracing himself for what was going to happen, he ripped the eye out. It was painful, yes, but he knew he had to help. He put his free hand, the one not clutching the bloody Millennium Eye, on Kira's face and tried to determine where her empty eye socket was. A hand covered his, and guided him over where it was. He froze, wondering if he should do this. He had to help her. Blood dripped down his cheek, and he forced the Millennium Eye into Kira's socket, gasping sharply.
