Don't ask me, that's your village's thing, the chuunin's involve every village, so they have a "seemingly" set time for when they occur, but otherwise they are for everyone who is a high enough level, being it cen be really dangerous depending on the place it's taking place :Sweat:

Hey Kyoji~ 3nodding It's actually morning for me... but no one is ever on now..
This will be the second chuunin's that I've missed... o.o
Not to fear, however. I just finished my new character heart And he looks hot and is strong if I must say so myself.
...but his chakra sucks... crying
Is chakra supposed to be that low? Since the jutsus are what, 25 Cp used and Kai has like.. 22... >___>

Uhm, about the jutsu's and all that, I was curious, are you serious about the damage for some of the jutsu's emo like, Chidori, deals 200-400 damage, seems alittle, out there sweatdrop Maybe it's just me, but it just seems pretty far fetched in my opinion sweatdrop That, or I'd hate to run into whoever wields it ninja
