Dun, I have three older sisters ;] And one of them already had a son but now my oldest sister also had a son biggrin Yay! Sadly, they live in Norway so I won't get to see him yet. But pictures work too :3

I'm not getting or having kids. If I absolutely need children, I'm adopting some ??-teen year olds. Tad too old to rely on me for meals or cleaning, a little too young to drive.
I'll prolly end up with a 4 legged animal and bring pictures in my wallet though. "This is Muffin, my ferret and only family! *enter 12 pictures of Muffin.* "Frankly, talking with someone who can mouth off to me would get tiresome. All the ferret can do is bite me.

My nephew who is a little more than one and a half year old is very adorable but he also makes me realize that I wouldn't be up to raising a child. So much work, so little sleep!
Well, I guess you cope when you're there but I'm not tempted to try.

I think you just get in the habit actually. Sort of like working nothing but the night shift over a long period of time..you can eventually stay up 'til four AM. Kid sleeps for 23 hours, cries for one..sleeps for 22 hours, cries for two; You simply end up living on 4 hours of sleep and cat naps.
