A new phrase has been added to the dictionary. It is jumping the couch, meaning a state of insanity or madness. It was coined after Tom Cruise went on Oprah Winfrey's show and started jumping on her couches, excited about his engagement to Katie Holmes. Many people thought that this was irregular, so now whenever someone acts strangely, they say that person is jumping the couch.
That's odd, but not quite as odd as Tom Cruise.

s**t!!! I was heating some soup in a glass bowl that I put in the microwave for just over one minute, and the thing exploded! Stupid glass shards are all over the place.. gonk
