Ariel looked at a new face. "Hi," Ariel said. "I don't think we have met before." She held out her hand.

She nodded, placing her hand foreword. "Dr. Ciel Oshirobi. I am a new Team Aqua Trainee, with degrees in Electronics and Energy from the University of Saffron; PokéScientist. I am here because I heard there was need for my talents, perhaps." She had seen that this place needed some engineers and mechanics, and was interested in taking up that job.
As for her Mudkip, Kip, the little guy was ecstatic on having a friend. Granted, he too gave a quick salute for the new woman, too. His little fin jiggled back and forth as her Pokémon became acquainted.

"Doctor, if you're interested, the Sentry Guns on the roof level of HQ, the part that is actually above ground, are in need of some maintenance." Ginji yawned as he walked into the common room, his clothes sporting some nice bullet holes. "Here are the blueprints, I'm sure they'll be sufficient enough to do the repairs." he smiled as he tossed some Pokefood to her Mudkip and outstretched a rolled up piece of giant paper to the women.
"And while you do that, I'm going to do some Network Management and Kyogre Jet repairs." Ginji smirked, definitely taking the easy job for himself. But the Sentries had already tried to kill him once today, it probably had something to do with him forgetting his TADS in his room, but the new girl didn't need to know that, did she?

Sammy grinned. "Wow; we've never had a scientist aboard before! Well, besides Dark," she grumbled the last part out quickly. "Hey, you don't suppose you could do deconstructive surgery, do you?" she asked out of curiosity. Arthur turned his head curiously at Kip, obviously having not seen a pokemon his size for awhile.

Dr. Oshirobi turned around at that voice, and noticed Mister Overlord there; some damage on his shirt. She tired not to give a semi-stunned stare, but that was TOO hard. Bullet holes!? she thought with a gulp. Was he in a fight with an enemy or something?
With a nod - her blonde hair falling around her - her heart soared on the thoughts of finally being able to do something! Granted, it wasn't permission to start experimenting, but she wasn't at the stage to ask either, right? Besides! It was time for her hands to get dirty...
Theoretically speaking. Her metal gloves protected her from ill effects of gears, oil, grime; grease. Thanks goodness!
"Thank you, Sir," she began, taking care not to wrinkle such perfection that was blueprints. To her, these things were just under Jesus in terms of sacredness. "I will certainly not disappoint you with the repairs, Sir!"
But she couldn't end her conversation just like that! A soft smile caressing her face, she nodded towards Ariel and the woman with a Pokémon. "Dark?" she questioned a bit, before adding, "Mam. But, genetics is not my forte, I am afraid. Deconstruction of electronics, and back-door things, yes. Except for certain objects like 1oo% pure analog." Analog, to her opinion, belonged back in the 197os, where it began. Electronics, for sure.
"Dr. Ciel works too," she addressed Ariel. Both of these women seemed very nice, especially when compared to fool-child; Mr. Hanabari.
Kinetic Integral Project [K.I.P.], meanwhile, began munching away happily on the food, eager. Personally, Dr. Ciel Oshirobi didn't know how to make good PokéFood, so... one could see why Kip was so happy! He intended to share the food with the woman's... Arthur? The woman thought that was its name.
Turning her head to Mister Overlord, she began. "By when did you want me to start/finish this, Sir?" To be granted this honor on fixing the base's defense, even as a NEW person...! Was too great to be true!!!
Who knows. Maybe her P.A.S.S.Y. [Pichu] and Kip would help her out~

"Oh whenever is fine. Though if we get attacked anytime soon, and the Sentries aren't up, we'd be sitting ducks down here as they're our first line of defense." Ginji smiled calmed as he grabbed a few screwdrivers and other mechanic equipment. "If you need me, I'll be in the garage." he smiled again as he walked down the hallway and down a few hundred flights of stairs.

Sammy sighed. "Well, that's unfortunate. Anyway, I'm Sammy," she said simply. Now that she thought about it a bit, she didn't really think many people knew her last name. How odd. It was probably for the best, anyway. "Do you need some help, per chance? I always feel so useless around here, and I'll continue to be useless until I start my Nurse training," she murmured sadly. But she quickly brightened. This person is fascinating, she thought to herself. She wanted to learn more about her.
Arthur looked at the pokefood, curiously sniffing it as well. His bow tie, which he never left home without, at this point, got in the way of him trying to eat it, though, so he simply sat on his patoot and watched Kip.

Dr. Oshirobi thought about those words. With the rumors she heard from around, there was supposedly the original Team Aqua trying to reclaim territory. Of course, rumors were rumors, being having a base unprotected was always a sign of bad leadership! She would not let anyone down!
And if the fixed Sentry Guns shoot any of the old people who DARED caused her precious OSHIROBI CORP to fall into the sea...! More power to caliber weapons!
With the rambling moved aside, she was pleased to hear the name of the woman with Aurthur. Sammy, ne? "I would be happy to have someone come along with me. Nurses are very important to society; a Nurse knowing how to do tinkering is even better. Imagine potential enemy surprise when you whisk out a home-made distress beacon that looked like a stethoscope." Or a stun gun.
Nurse and Scientists worked well in her books. If she ever did something wrong, even a soon-to-begin Nurse would be helpful than herself alone.
After all, her knowledge of the body began and ended with that she's a girl. Ciel couldn't help but chuckle on the inside at that fact.
She began walking ahead towards the stairs that led outside, motioning Sammy to follow her. "So, are you new as well? Older member?" the woman began. The rumble of the water hitting the walls was creating a soothing effect on the area around; even better, Sammy didn't seem like the type who though Contests were ALL.
Kip followed both Aurthur and Ciel... but they soon had to stop due to...
"Mr... Hanabari..." Dr. Oshirobi said plainly.

Sammy waved to Memo. "Hey, Mr. Memo!" She greeted, following Dr. Oshirobi happily. She listened to the question, a bead of sweat forming on her forehead. "Uh, I'm not exactly new... I've been a member for two or three years now." She did a salute, bringing her hand to her forehead. "Officer Sammy reporting for duty!" She said. She thought it odd that she was highly ranked in Aqua; she really didn't do all that much. But she had no idea how to fix anything, so this experience would be... Interesting, to say the least.

The face of the young boy was obviously very happy to see so many of his friends.

"We are about to go towards the roof to fix the Sentry Guns," began Dr. Oshirobi. She did not want to add that she was not at his same level of happiness at seeing his face, but saying rude words...? Yes, she can speak rudely. However, for the grace of things, she will not, nor normally did not do so. Happy thoughts, happy thoughts...
Kip didn't seem to mind Mr. Hanabari, though!
At least this gave her time to compile the fact that Sammy was an elder member. "Ah. Is is Sammy or Mam, then?" she had to ask as she began to ascend into the stairwell.

Sammy grinned at Memo a bit, then turned to look back at Dr. Oshirobi. "Don't worry, it's just Sammy. We don't really count the ranks here unless you're tier one... And I just call everyone formally. Like Mr. Memo," she said, gesturing with her head over in his general direction.

"Ooohhh. Can I help?"
Memo was already petting Kip as he spoke to Sammy and Dr. Oshrobi. He even brought out a Pecha Berry to feed the little one.
"Hehe. Cutie."
EDIT:
He then heard Sammy's comment and nodded.
"Mhmm. That's right. You can just call me Memo though."
