Tommy landed directly on top of Kyle, and a cloud of dust suddenly popped up. As the dust cleared, Tommy was seen lying on the ground, swirls replacing his usually blue eyes. He stood up slowly, and looked around. "Where... am I?" Tommy asked. Not amnesia, just wondering where he was.

Dr. Oshirobi pointed ahead of the man - she didn't even know his name! Actually, she knew no one's except for Jenna... "Some kid just fell out of nowhere, Sir! By chance... did he come in the same way you did?"
He said at ease. How much 'ease' can I do? If she was only more in tune with being a non-nerd, she MIGHT have caught the stiffling laughter coming from the man, but alas! Brain witty it might be, all knowing in the terms of life it is NOT.
She glances ahead to notice that Fool-Child was walking back after giving the Contest to Falling-Child. "Sir... may I advise some glasses, perhaps?" Kip was still lounging around, cuddling its wounds. Hearing the words 'at ease' litterally made it turn into jello.
The nerve! Her new job here was at stake! How is she supposed to spread the word that Pokémon Evolution Energy is the key of tomorrow is she doesn't have at least a bit of respect!
She hugged her laptop a bit tighter, making a mental note to run her algorithms for the Joule Counter soon.

Memo continued to approach the squad. He waved at Ginji and the new recruit.
"Oh hi!"
He was just exuding some type of cheerfulness today. He extended his hand to the blonde girl with glasses and smiled.
"Hey there. I'm Memo Hanabari. Nice to meet you."

"Memo? Tommy? Is that you?" Ginji asked as he squinted into the distance. "Oh!" he had nearly forgot to introduce himself to the new women. "I'm Ginji, the Co-Leader of Team Aqua." he smiled as he put his hand behind his head and grinned. "But you can call me 'Mister Overlord.' " he joked as Memo came into clearer view. "So it is you Mems!" he smiled as he looked around at the scenery. "Where are we and what are we doing here?" he asked with a blank look on his face. "I hope not, the way I came was quite dangerous." face a quick worried face before returning to neutral.
His Larvitrar conveniently came out of its Pokeball at this point and waddled over to the Midkip, offering it an Oran Berry as a sign of friendship. Truth was, he was a lonely Pokemon that spent all his free time sitting on Ginji's laptop and trying to hack into stuff. It didn't matter what kind of stuff, he once hacked the toaster and then had Porygon-Z go on a date with it.

Oh... Fool-Child is coming closer to me...
There were very few things Dr. Oshirobi disliked more than Contests. Crime was one, minus hacking, of course.
She took off her sunglasses, exposing her blue eyes. The sun was beginning to sink, anyways. Proper ediqutte stated she had to shake back, so she did. "Dr. Oshirobi," was what she stated, having a bias against him.
PokéContestors... she mumbled in her cranium. He seemed blasé and too happy... Like a Pocket-Ray-of-Sunshine.
Ciel, used to working in environments that had people she rather not tend with, nodded. "New member."
She kept a mental note that her Boss was RIGHT. NEXT. TO. HER. And apparently like being called Overlord, though she had a hunch that he was jesting. Right~?
She noticed Kip squirm over towards the Larvatar [A Ground Type!!! she thought, wistful for future projects.], and stare at it for a bit. Eventually, it did a little cross between a salute [again] and a playful spin. Kip seemed rather interested!

"Hah! Yes Ginji...it's me."
The boy said still waiting to be greeted by the new girl. He watched as the Larvitar and Mudkip played and automatically exclaimed,
"Awwww!"
Upon Dr. Oreo's...? Introduction the boy shook her hand and smiled.
"Like I said...pleasure to meet you, Dr. Oreo."
The tall boy simply played with his hair and blushed hoping he got her name right. In all reality he remembered it perfectly, but he wanted to try and joke.

Ciel crushed a leaf in her metal gloves by 'accident', in a moment of temporary rage. "O...Oreo!?" she stuttered. "It's Doctor Oshirobi from Saffron City; Electronics and Energy T.E.N.S.A.I.." She managed to keep that part cooled down in order to also give that information to Mister Overlord. "I am here because I heard that Team Aqua could have need of my many... services."
The blonde hair woman gave a nod to Mister Overlord, just in case.
Kip, unaware, or just ignoring the conversation between them, still played with the Oran Berry, trying to play catch. Too bad Mudkip kinda lack... opposed thumbs.

"Who's my what now?" Tommy asked Memo, looking around.
"HEY, GET OFF OF ME!!" The Kyle dude yelled as Tommy stood on him. Tommy looked down, and seeing his mistake got off of the guy as soon as he could. "Was I interrupting something?" Tommy asked Kyle, who was seething in rage
"Forget that Memo, you're my target now. Get ready, Gengar!!" He shouted as he tossed out his ghost pokemon.
"I don't even know how I got here, why are you mad at m--"
"SHUT UP. We're battling now, da(rnn) it!"
"Whatever you say..." Tommy rolled his eyes. "How about... Ah, C'mon, Shift!!" Tommy shouted as the Grovyle popped out of his pokeball. He seemed to be taunting the Gengar, doing the strut that Egyptians usually do. The battle, or contest, rather, started right away.
The Gengar launched forward with a Sucker Punch, which concealed a secret Shadow Punch as a backup. Grovyle made no move, recognizing the type of punch. But, before the Grovyle could make a move or not, both Tommy and Grovyle were sucked into SIV portal, dissapearing from sight, leaving a skeptical and dumb-founded Kyle on the other side of the arena.

Memo nodded and played with his imaginary beard as Dr. Oreo spoke.
"Hmmm. Yes. Indeed."
He said slowly with a British accent. The boy was cracking up on the inside.
"Hehe. Just kidding Dr. O s h i r o b i."
He said her last mane slowly to put tons of emphasis on it, perhaps to much.
"Just trying to get a laugh out of you. That's all. Got anything else I can call you?"
The boy was actually being very sincere and kind now. He continued to mess with his hair.

"Memo, Oreo and Oshirobi sound nothing alike, if you're going to come up with a nickname like that, at least make it sound like the original name. Like Ocean Robe or something along the lines." Ginji scolded as he looked down at Larvitar who blushed at Mudkip before running away to hide behind Ginji's pant leg.

Kyle's eye twitched in annoyance, "I don't need to prove to you all that I'm better anyway, Zo, I'm out of here." And with that He walked out of the ranch.
Arekku and Zoey got to the field across from each other, both of them trying to stare down the other, "I'm ready, so I really hope you are!" Arekku called across first, Zoey made a clicking down with her mouth, "All out Vibrava." She called, her appeal first. Her pokeball opened up, a giant flurry of black hearts swirling down, a harsh white fog seeming like the pillar of it all. A white streak zoomed down through the pillar of smoke, as it touched the ground the hearts spread out fast wisps of smoke following behind them. The explosion of black hearts left a Vibrava standing at the epicenter. "Sandstorm. Now." Vabrava got close to the ground to begin buzzing it's wings which easily kicked up a large about of sand and began it's harsh swirling around the area, "Now use Twister, or else..." Vibrava reared back causing a huge twister made of dark red and blue energy that sucked up the sand from the sandstorm giving the colored a common background color of light brown. as the dragonic energy heated up the sand, glass started forming causing the twister to glitter every here and there. "Use Furry Cutter times four. Now!" Zoey began heating up, getting excited. Vibrava jumped back as the Twister touched down completely, and jumped up through towards the bottom, cutting through the bottom, then it turned,cutting through higher to stop in midair and cut higher tow more times, meanwhile each time the twister was cut the individual peaces of the twister moved off it their own areas, once the last one moved into place and Vibrava got into the right position between all five parts and, "Vibrava finish with your Dragonbreath, and you better spin it!!" Vibrava took a deep breath began spouting green flame out while spinning to cause the flame to sprout off in little wisps of fire that slowly fell into the multiple vortexes to explode, taking large chunks of the twisters and turning them into glistening pieces that fell slowly to the ground as the Vibrava landed, thus ending the performance.
Arekku had tensed up, it was magnificent. He knew there wasn't much of a chance on him beating that for an appeal. He breathed slowly, "That was good, but this will be better!" He shouted. The girl opposite him scoffed, "You'll beat my Masterpiece? Please."
Arekku cleared his throat at her insult, "No matter..." Arekku stepped back, "Karma, if you will!" Arekku tossed his trump card. Karma, Arekku's Jynx, landed and just as she did so, blue lighting bolts shot from the area around her, "Icy Wind!" Karma spun, forcing a freezing draft upwards that caused the lightening bolts to slow while releasing a steady snowfall, "Begin a song for us." Karma opened her mouth starting a jolly song and she began ballroom dancing even though she was alone, The slow moving electricity from above making the perfect lighting, "Finish up with continue dancing with a Meditate" The very next step Karma took was a levitated step, her body glowed with her psychic power as she climbed higher and higher continuing her dance, finally the lightening bolts freed themselves of the freezing grasp and faded. She made one final spin and slowed to a landing on the ground. Bowing to her audience.
Zoey scoffed, "Not very impressive." But her Vibrava was in awe, not used to seeing beautiful things like that. "Vibrava begin with Dragon Blades!" Vibrava nodded, streaming a Dragonbreath aimed for Karma then it's claws began glowing, as it jumped flying just over the stream engulfing it's claws in the energy and causing it to curl behind him into the shape of the claws before spiraling out into nothing as he neared Karma the beam stopped and he raised his claws to shoe the green flames the engulfed them then slashed at Karma, "Cold Shoulder!" Karma quickly released an Icy Wind which blew out the dragon fire and used an openhanded Ice Punch to catch both claws in the hand, "From Snowpoint with love!" The other hand curled into an Ice Punch and swung down low to the ground bringing the fist up into the stomach of the opponent to send it flying straight up, leaving a glistening trail of diamond dust.
"Useless..." Zoey Muttered not really caring about what happened from that point on.
"Now, Let the Angels Sing!" Karma lowered her head beginning low she slowly brought her voice up to a fairly high note allowing the musical notes to form and begin flowing around her. And Icy draft came from all directions toward her and twisted around her the air sparkling, finally the music notes and the glistening air went straight up in the air to the falling Vibrava, the musical notes crashed against it putting it to sleep and the super-effectiveness of the Icy Wind damaged it pretty badly. Arekku knew that Zoey would have lost all of her points, and apparently she knew it too.
"I release you Vibrava, you useless sack dead weight." The pokeball shot a blue beam, severing the connection between it and Vibrava. "I'll see you again really soon." She stated to Arekku with an acidic tone. She then used a Fearow to fly away. Jenna following on a Togekiss and Micheal on a Tropius. Arekku looked at the Vibrava that was left behind, "I hope this is fine..." Arekku brought out a pokeball, tossing it at the sleeping and very hurt Vibrava. It almost instantly dinged without wriggling.

Fake British accent? Sounded like the Aqua's joker. And Dr. Oshirobi was not one for much jokes. [Her father always claimed she lacked a few key bones; chiefly the Funny Bone and the Humor Bone. But, at least she still had the Laughter Bone!]
"Dr. Oshirobi is very fine for now," she said sweetly back; like cajeta sweet. Only, a touch of vinegar could be traced to the words.
Of course, Mister Overlord commented, too. O-Ocean Robe!? she added with an outward twitch.
That's when that other child's battle began...and abruptly ended! As a Scientist, how could she not notice that?
She stood up immediately and screamed out, "BLATENT WASTE OF ENERGY! How could---?"
Wait!! Where the hell did that kid GO!? Even Kip took a glance.
But everyone else acted as if it was NORMAL for that kid to be there, and then gone. Yet another PokéContest was about to begin...!

Memo completely disregarded the Doctor and Ginji, only acknowledging them a swipe of the hand. His eyes were wide as he watched Zoey and Arreku present their appeals.
"...."
He tilted his head with a curiosity that showed how enthralled he was with the battle.
"She's...good."
The boy then quickly shook his head and jumped.
"Go, Arreku!"
A strong cheering can be heard from behind Arreku as Memo jumped and pulled out all the acrobatic stunts.

"Oh, that was an SIV portal. They like to eat people. When they eat people, you wind up in random places. I knew a guy who was eaten by the portal and wound up in the ladies locker room after a basketball game." Ginji smacked his lips together and shook his head slightly as Larvitar let go of his leg and rushed to grab Memo's leg, aiming for a better hiding space.
"They usually only appear once in a blue moon, and they always come back. Usually." the teen said darkly, a flashlight appearing under his chin for some added mood. He looked around at Arekku and his contest, then to Memo and finally to the Doctor. "So... where and why are we here again?" no one had explained their purpose the last time he asked, so may as well ask again.
