I don't feel bad about what happened, but I feel bad about laughing at your reaction to it gonk And yeah, its stuff that would probably screw up your senses, but no long-term damage. Most stomach acid would dissolve things over a somewhat extended period of time (the reason why we can "get full"). You'd be able to get it off easily enough, but you wouldn't be unscathed. According to Wiki, its acidity is in between lemon juice and hydrochloric acid (but closer to the former).

rain> oh. i just imagine that... that stuff that i feel when i eat pizza or wings too late with a bit more potency on my face, and knowing what acid does, would be all burn-y. Good to know how strong it is, though. but yeah, i figured i might as well have fun with it. had it been like... battery acid, i'd've just mummified myself, thus unlocking my anakaris palette.

Oh, it would still eat through your face given enough time normally. But there will be two factors: You're getting it off post-haste (especially after rapidly cooling it); and that anything biological that comes from Malice begins to dissolve when its no longer in contact with him (after like, a second or three). Its just another attack, rather than anything that could count as a finishing blow.
