A weight was suddenly on top of Ryou, and he knew Bakura had pinned him down. "Don't think I'd get far..." He muttered to himself, and heard his yami chuckle slightly.

Ember blinked when she saw bakura apon ryou "Bakura get off of him!" she yelled.

"No thanks. I'm comfortable." Bakura said, shaking his head. "So's Ryou. Aren't you, Yadonushi?"
Ryou heard the question addressed to him and nodded his head. "Yes, very fine." He said, sounding almost stoned.

"well isent that too damn bad." she walked over and threw bakura off ryou.She then picked up ryou and started dragging him away "come on we have to find kira."

"Other woman..." Ryou was silent for a moment, trying to piece it together. "Bakura had... Oh. Oh my god." He pulled away from Ember, pressing his back against a tree. He wasn't aware that it was the same tree Kira was under. "I... I had to do that."

Ember sighed "Listen im sure you did what you had to but we have to find kira..." she said not noticing kira asleep on the other side of the tree.

"I need to leave." Ryou gasped, biting his bottom lip. "Now. I have to get out of here." Bakura got to his feet, grumbling, and went over to where he heard the voices. He paused when he saw Kira and, without doing anything to alert the other two, knelt down next to her, trying to determine if she was awake or not.

Kira was fast asleep curled up tight.Her head was tucked into her knees and her knees were pulled up to her chest.
Ember sighed "No ryou you have to stay with me." she said.

Bakura reached out and shook Kira to wake her up. Ryou lowered his head. "I can hardly stand to face her now... She's much better off without me." He remembered Kat's stinging words, when he hadn't been able to remember her, about how he would have been better off without knowing who she was.

Kira squeeked and slowly opened her eyes.
