Mana_ecl Zetsuya Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! The only reason I joined was because someone asked me. xD
I'll probably lurk around here for a while, and chat it up with folk. I'm an odd bird though. Everything is planned from the get go.
I pretty much have to go and make a new character. xD Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

I'm assuming that they dictate that a certain number of shinobi can be permitted into a village, before one must go and close it off, in an effort to maintain a balance of power. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

Though there's an imbalance of power from what I can see, not counting numbers.
Iwa has only three ninja, yes. They are pretty much default.
Konoha is odd from what I can tell, as I've only seen one documented autoranked character, which is the hokage.
Suna, I counted four high power characters (ANBU or higher).
Kiri has two at jounin or higher.
Only two higher powers in Kumo.
I don't mean to present this as bitching of any sort, but rather just trying to elaborate that it's a lot harder to regulate a village's power than just by numbers.

Makenzi, I see you using Raiton techniques yet your elements are Katon and Suiton. What am I missing?

This Kirigakure isn't a true Kirigakure~ It lacks swordsmen.

Currently Iwa has no existence. Cause the Kage left Gaia. xD
But we will have a new Kage. And I will be in Iwa with my new RPC. He's awesome sauce. And then I have another friend who is joining as well. C:
But yes, total numbers is an erroneous way to count it, but it is necessarily, since if you limited it by rank, the numbers would probably still be screwed up. Iunno if I explained it well?

I wanted to have my character, Satoshi based as a swordsmen. Utilizing his two katana as his primary weapons. I still regret choosing NInjutsu as my class.
So Jounin can teach techniques that they themselves cannot perform?

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! In theory, if one has the scroll or the knowledge of the technique, one should be able to instruct the use, even if they themselves can not use it.
