“So you did do it.” Sasuke said. “However, you still have to finish the technique.. Go get that triple windmill blade in the tree trunk, I have to tire wire around them now to see what you really know, and if you can really pull of this technique.” Sasuke said with a smirk.
Ryuu looked down at the triple windmill blade that had made it back over too him, but needed to have wire tied around it. “Sasuke, here’s one.” Ryuu said, as he motioned over to the tree where the triple windmill blade was, while grasping his hand around the blade and pulling it from the tree trunk, Ryuu turned to notice that four triple windmill blades lay serenely on the ground.
“Sorry Ryuu, you took too long. I already tied some wire around these extra triple windmill blades that I had. Now.. I want you to try what I had just done.” Sasuke Said.

“I know exactly what to do, Sasuke. I promise, I will get this right the first time around. Failure at this point is not acceptable.” And with those words, Ryuu grabbed all four of the triple windmill blades and put all four of his fingers through the holes of the windmill blades, except for his thumb, which he placed on the tips of his other fingers, to hold the triple windmill blades together. And at that point, he then bent his legs down, and once again sprung himself into the air. However, this time, Ryuu’s body ended up landing down on the branch of a tree. From that position, Ryuu hurled the triple windmill blades one at a time, watching to see if they would correctly wrapped themselves around a tree that stood thirty meter’s away.

And to Ryuu’s glee, the triple windmill blades wrapped themselves around the trunk of the tree, which stood to be thirty meters away from where Ryuu stood on another tree’s branch. “Now.. To move onto the next phase of the Dragon Fire Technique.” Ryuu said to himself, holding a piece of wire in his mouth, while four others were held firmly down, under his feet. Two of the pieces of wire attached to the triple windmill blades, were under his left foot, while the other two pieces were under his right foot, and it was then that Ryuu started the hand seals required for the technique. "Serpent, Dragon, Hare, and then Tiger."

Ryuu knew that he was going to get the technique right the first time around, and that there was no reason to try again. Ryuu felt his father’s hopes and dreams for his future, on his back, and carried them proudly, and as a reason as to why he would not and could not fail. He was an Uchiha, and that was something Ryuu could hang his head high and proudly at, by the end of the day. And it was right after such thoughts, that Ryuu began summoning the necessary amount for the technique on hand, because he said that he would complete it without failure, and he planned to make those words come to pass. “I will not fail..” Ryuu thought to himself.

The moment Ryuu gathered enough chakra for the Dragon Fire Technique, he opened his mouth, and blew out a torrential burst of fire from his mouth, which not only rivaled that of Sasuke’s original, but his even looked like a dragon at first, as it was guided down the wire directly to the tree, which the wire was originally wrapped around, the fire drilling a hole directly through the tree, yet burning out before start a fire. “I did it.” Ryuu said, leaping down from his position up in the tree.
And Sasuke, pushed himself off of his spot against the tree, and walked over towards where Ryuu was standing. “Good job kid. You really are an Uchiha.” And with those words, Sasuke disappeared.

As I return to naurto sensei backyard I see he's still asleep with the note still on his lap as I walk him up he hops up looking around as he looks down on me with a smile "Hey kid, you done with the kage bushin no jutsu?" I nod my head as I whisper in his ear "Am I allowed now to learn the Rasengan jutsu?"
Naruto nods his head as he walks to the middle of his backyard focusing his chakra as he looks at a target ready to attack is chakra around his hands swirl as he gathers air and wind into his sphere made of chakra as he completes it my eyes glow as I look directly into it with my sharingan as naruto looks at the target he run at it at a quick speed as he launches his hand into the target as the rasengan twist and spins rapidly in his hand the target is then torn into peices as it is blown away into the wind as the chakra had all been used disappearing in a second "That was incredible, I got the jutsu down and i'lll practice this one as long and as hard as I can Naruto snesei!" I solute him as he goes back to his chair yawing as he falls back asleep in pure laziness

I run to the middle of the backyard as I go threw the jutsu again with my sharingan excited to start I get extremely series as I put my right hand out as my left is under it I focus my chakra making it pull in anything around it which would be the air it starts to gather as I look at it in amazement the power of the jutsu starts to get stronger as the pull of my chakra gets overpowering as I try to stop it the power keeps gathering I can barley control it as the power burst out pushing my backwards about 10 ft I slide on the ground as my hands start to shake in nerve "Woow that was too much power gathered at one time..... I better start out small and work my way up." 1/15

As I get back up my hands calm down as I can feel them again I put my hands back in the forming postion as I form it in my hands again as i use my chakra to pull in and wind and force as I take my right hand and pull in air as I push it into the sphere created from my chakra the wind is then be gathered at a slow but even rate as the rasengan slow orms into a small ball as the sphere starts to spin as the chakr reactes to it holding it down together as i gather more wind it starts to get strong as I calm down my chakra making the jutsu wisp away into the wind as my hands start to sake but calm down quickly as I shake my hands again looking at Naruto sensei hopeing I'd be nearly as good as him at it one day

I look back at my hands as I close my eyes forming my chakra ball again as I gather air in from the pull as I try to tense up my hands making the chakra react becoming stronger in the process working with my hands to even out the jutsu the chakra then gets bigger as the rasengan forms slowly as my hands get kinda cold but I keep going trying to fight the pain the jutsu gets even more intense as the chakra starts coming in at a fats rate as my hands get cold and start to wave around as the chakra spins intensely as the wind react's speeding up rapldly feeling like a 100 mph wind is in my the palm of my fingers I see it and then lets go slowly as the chakra dissovles and te wind blows out infront of me as I shake my hands again knowing now I can take the pain "Awusome"

As I know now i can take it I show no fear as I form it up again at a fster rate making sure I can try to perform the jutsu in under a minute "Ok, if I can get this going quickly maybe I'll be able to do this just like Naruto sensei... Rasengan!!!" the chakra then pulls in wind as I pull more air in quickly with my right hand the power growing quickly at a rapid rate nearly have it completed as the jutsu grows in strength and so does my hadns as the chakra start to spin with the wind current in the sphere as the poser shines bright in color my skin on my hands wave around as I can feel the power on my palm I look at the target nearly reayd to attack it

As I look at the target with my eyes shinning a bright blue from the rasengan I think to myself as I pull it back making it float a little in my two hands I run at the target ready to attack it I speed up quickly as my feet move silent but fast on the ground as I jump forward launching my two hands at the target hitting it hard as the rasengan pushes into the targets center as my hands sink in the reasengan spinning around in a rapid rigged motion tearing the inside of the target up as it breaks into peices and my rasengan runs out of power my hand is then stuck into the ground as my body is asfely on the ground with the target fully destroyed "Thats was good for first shot, but I still need more practice.."

I walk back to the spot I was at as i turn back around holding my hands out "Ok I should practice now trying to old the jutsu in one hand, so even if one of my arm's get's broken I still have one ace in the hole." I focus my chakra as I create the sphere with my chakra gathering in air around it as it form into it spinning around in it in less then a minute I try to let my right hand out as my left one can try to hold it in a easy slow process as I let go my left hand shakes a little as my body starts to also I try to keep my boy flat and still to tense up my arm as the Rasegan grows a little in size I hold it perfectly as I try to swerve it around in motion to ge use to it I slowly do it as I feel nearly no weight from the jutsu

Feeling the power in my one hand I look for a target on top of naruto sensei's house as I think of going for it I see a few tree beind me as I run at them with the rasengan still in my hand as I run up the tree using my chakra to stick on it I jump off of it doing a backflip landing on a bush of another on near the middle of the yard where I was as I hop off that branch to seeing the rasengan loseing chakra I focus my chakra to hold down harder as I get near the target I land on the roof leaping at it throwing my one arm at the target hitting it with my rasengan I hold it tight as the spinning on the chakra really get intense as the target is torn apart in peices and the rasengan withers away in the wind as I look down over the city in fornt of his house at the front "What a night"

I look over the village as I lean down on my knee's looking over it as I see the whole town in gorly at the night with all the lights on and wind blowing gentlely "This village is my home no matter what happens to me in the future, I will be respected around here one day, and maybe others will follow me, and even become my allies... maybe i'll get a girlfriend too... yeah that woul d be great."
He drools as he goes back to trainning as he jumps down going back to his trainning as he put his hands over one another as the chakra then forms again in a swirl while the chakra holds the wind together in a quick motion i focus my power to hold it in place and even make it stronger iin the process "I'm nearly done, i can feel it."

I focus my chakra as I feel it forming up again as I feel more chakra being absorbed from my body as I get a little weak in the legs I focus harder as the rasengan gets stronger and bigger making my hand nearly small compared to it's size "Its amazing how this jutsu works and deals damage, it's a real genuine move it is, maybe there's another way to even increase the power of this move to make it even more powerfull in the process, maybe its possible and oone day i'll find that out too."
I look down as the rasengan gets smaller as the power grows stronger as I can focus the jutsu into a smaller and yet less weighted size not feeling any weight anyway "Ok maybe I can make this thing easier to perform, now to attack something else again." I look around seeing another target in sight
