This is very true, all that has happened lately is people being beaten up, or having surgery done on. He paused to rub the back of his head. You know, its been awhile since I have fought anything without the help of Nekal, Sirias, or Jak. My hand to hand is getting pretty rusty... he trailed off as Reeve came into his vision, on the proch. He gave him a nod and a small wave in greeting and waited for the man to come where he and kaimen were standing.

"Meself as well," Reeve replies, using his actual voice. "I need to work on not depending on lightning- it's useless against...well, I need to be able to work without it. I'm not sure how I feel about smacking around a brain-surgery patient, but how's about a spar sometime, eh?" He steps off the porch, stretching languidly in the sun.

The cat smirks and jumps off the roof onto Reeve's head. He then jumps onto the porch and meows at Reeve.

"Arrah, you," Reeve says, swatting above his head after the cat pounces in a prefunctory gesture. "Haven't seen you till now- have you been off annoying someone else?"

 Picking up the cat from behind and starting to pet it, Tutsumi sat down on the porch and smiled toward Fuji and Reeve. He had just gotten a nice nap, but might just have to take another one in a few hours.
"What's up, guys?"

"Just enjoying the air and getting my nose out of a book," Reeve replies. His expression is somewhat less jovial than his voice.
Jealousy, Reeve? Really? It's Aven's cat, not yours...
Shut up...
"I mean, since when are you the voice of -reason-?"
Reeve blinks, confused and vaguely aware that his thoughts had spilled out of his mouth.

Looking at Reeve with an odd stare, he rose an eyebrow and frowned lightly.
"Do you need brain surgery as well, brother of mine?"
He chuckled very lightly, and wanted for an explanation of some sorts.

Pointing a slim finger at himself, Reeve shakes his head.
"Me? Nah," he says. "Just stress talkin', I suppose..."

Fujiwara grinned and gave a nod to Tutsumi, and then gave a little bow to the cat, a proper greeting, he deemed, for a species he shared genes with. Then he looked back to Reeve. "A spar?" his eyes twinkled. "I would love that. Been wanting to work on my hand to hand for awhile, and I have been testing out Ijutsu to see if I might be able to do more with it than just heal once I have been injured." he smirked at this. Ijutsu wouldnt be used when it was needed. But slowly but surely pumped through him, and speed faster when he was attacked. Causing instant regeneration. It would take alot of chakra, so he wouldnt be able to do it for long periods of time, still, it was something to try.

Fujiwara gave a nod, his cat ears flickering towards the cat, curios as too Reeves glance. "Sure Reeve." he then pointed. "How about this way? I have a cabin not too far in, and it has a big spacious clearing behind it."

He nodded. Not a problem Reeve, As we go we can venture deeper into the forest. he then waved goodbye to tut and turned, turning that wave into a follow me motion for Reeve as they went into the forest. It wasnt very far, only minutes away really. A small, yet finely crafted log cabin stood before them as they approached that Fuji patted fondly as he ventured past it. Behind the cabin is a simple open field, bordering it are apple trees, with the fruit ready to be picked. Walking half way through he turned to Reeve. "Ready when you are lil buddy."

Reeve nods, stripping himself of his weapons, to prevent temptation. Putting his hands up in an almost boxer-like defense, he hops up nimbly, throwing a foot at Fuji's midsection to test the waters.

Fujiwara knew a bold approach on his apart was never the safest way to go, but he loved making flashy moves. So as soon as one of Reeves legs moved to kick, he used his chakra to leap a few feet in the air and launch both feet at Reeves chest. At the same time he began to let chakra run through his body, getting ready to test the waters for his new ijutsu technique.
