Ugh.... there is NOTHING on TV right now.
And I pretty much feel like doing nothing productive. XP
Also, I hate the putz on Iron Chef America. He's totally over the top... then again, it is the American version. XP

I know that genin can only learn up through B-rank jutsus, but because training them multiple times increases their power by 1 rank can they increase the power of their jutsus beyond B-rank?

Fenrir- Simple questions have usually already been answered. Posting it in the "concern-specific place" gets results faster than posting it in the "normal chatroom" because questions can get buried. Then guess what? You get frustrated that no one answered your question.
And instead of being mildly annoyed at having to post the question where it WILL get answered, you get pissed about not having your question answered.
