One. You must be Chuunin to get a summoning. There are two ways in which to obtain a summon and they are as follows: A. You become the original summoner by traveling to the temple and obtaining the scroll. This won't work if there summons are taken by others. Or B. Find the original summoner of the summon that you'd like and ask them to let you sign.
Two. You can obtain a Curse Mark two different ways, as follows: A. You may have whichever one you'd like during your character creation as long as you DO NOT have a bloodline, clan, or an implant. Or B. Purchasing it from the Curse Mark vendor. He's currently at the Gates of the Hidden Leaf...it costs 800ryo to purchase a curse mark from him. So yes, you must do missions to get Ryo.

biggrin *Edit* But I'll tell you what, I'll make a deal with you. IF you give me twenty, solid posts that are at least sixty words long each...then I'll let you have it for phase two of the exam.
This goes for anyone that is eligible for a curse mark, make sure you give me something good. Twenty posts is close to the requirement for the missions required to gain that much Ryo. No post credits on these either, I want TWENTY each. That means I want a total of 1,200 words in total from anyone.
I know that some people don't quite break their paragraphs like I do, that's why I am settling with 1,200 words. If you don't have a word counter in your word processor, then you may use this site for accurate counts. And I'll be checking them, PM me if you're interested in doing this so I can keep up with each person and which curse mark they want.
AND I WANT THEM TO BE GOOD POSTS! I don't want to see half-assed jumble posts that are incoherent and don't make any sense. I don't care if you're talking about training, then eating, and finally sleeping...which leads to this super epic dream...as long as it flows properly.
