In fact, I still have that same IP occasionally now. I have internet access outside of those two places so it’s much more rare, but either way, the point is made.
But that was all the looked at to determine that I was a mule. They didn't look at my post count, the fact that I posted at the SAME time as him, anything at all about the account. Only that I shared the same IP address.
As for other things I can provide to prove my innocence, all I could think of is to show the post count, difference in posting styles, times and dates of posts, and the overall activity of the account. With the items that I had on that account and the way I posted, it’s unrealistic to think that I was leading two completely different lives on Gaia. If you know of any other way, please ask, because I can provide any proof necessary.
I also have another account I made after that [as well as he made one] where again, we had all those same IP addresses and lead separate lives. Later on, we broke up and I started playing at my new boyfriend’s house, so there was a new IP address that was used much more often. She, also, got banned because I trusted that same person to help me get my items I lost from the first account back, and he used a refresher to get them.
I’m not asking to get the second account unbanned because it really was my fault. I trusted him a second time after him getting me in trouble again. So I feel like that one was rather well deserved, though there’s a good relationship between the IP’s to see that we had separated to using different computers. You can also investigate that early on in those accounts, we even had a guild together that we used to get married. There’s a lot of proof over those four accounts to prove that it’s two separate people.
I spoke to Alexi_Jameson and asked him his opinion on the matter and if it was worth it for me to open up the case. He suggested that I PM you, personally, to see if you might be able to offer me some assistance.
The names of each of the accounts are as follows:

Amon Cross was the one banned with my first account. Amon_Cross was married to my second account. Daisukes Other Half was the one that used a refresher to give me the items on my second account. He might have other accounts, as well, but I’m not sure.

Sorry for bothering you, but I was hoping to find a way to right this wrong from a long time ago.
I know there are places that seem difficult to explain, but hopefully I can provide enough information that can help to prove beyond reasonable doubt that I was truely my own account who got caught up in a mess rather than someone's mule that was used simply to transport items for profit.

But, as I said, the ways of banning and unbanning as well as their efficiency have changed tenfold over the past years, so I thought perhaps it might be time to try again.

Not to mention, anyone would give it another try when they were looking at prices of the items they had on the account upwards 600k +.
It's haunting to think of trying to get all of those items back at the prices they are now. I've been working on it, and I'm doing okay, but I would really love to have the originals. They almost feel special to you, if you understand what I mean.
Each item I had on that account had a story of how I got it, and I can remember the price of almost every single thing. Even down to my first ever quest: My Golden Laurels. They were only 10k, but they took me two months to buy.
It's funny to think about now, but sad that I don't have the same pair.
I'm sure you could say the same for yourself. The times and trials you went through to get something, and the memories along the way. That's what makes gaia such a great site, and worth playing. Yeah, I'm spending hours to get some pixels to put on my pixel person, but I'm making friends and memories in the process. I just wish I had the actual proof that those things actually happened.

Explain what had happened and that you had chosen to trust in the wrong person (though I wonder why you chose to trust them that second time after they had proven they were not trustworthy). As you can see from reading the conversation, I am looking to appeal the case for the banning of my old account.
As explained above, the banning happened on April 13, 2005, making it a rather old case.
In any case, I wanted to give it another try in hopes that this time I might be able to better be able to prove my innocence and provide any necessary information to help you, the Gaiaonline staff, conclude that I, in fact, was the victim of a wrong doing, and don't deserve to have been punished for it.
With new technology as well as an ever-growing knowledge for how to deal with these occurrences, I think that this time around we could prove it, whereas there were only so many things to look at back then.
