and now, time for a rant.....
So, on Thursday, I emailed my stepmom and dad to tell them that I was going to be very busy this weekend, so if they dont hear from me, that is why. My stepmom emailed back either Friday or Saturday and I responded to that email as well. So I get an email from her today, where the beginning says "Haven't heard much from you. I know you are busy, but I'm sure you can take a couple of minutes out of your day. " ><; they act as if they hadnt heard from me in weeks, when it was just two days ago! *sigh*
and, the weekend of Fanime was my grandma's birthday (my real moms mom). I had been meaning to send her a birthday card before i lefft for fanime, but with the excitement of fanime coming up and the stress of work cuz of the workshop, it slipped my mind. Yes, i know that wasnt nice and i felt horrible for it. I sent her an ecard this week and appologized. My mom had kinda gotten mad at me and i accepted that, but now im getting flack from my stepmom about it too.. gah.
Oh, and i found out that one of the departments that is supposed to be paying me this summer may not have the funds. So i may only be working 20hrs. great.
Im feeling that I need out of here.... im half tempted to goto MN for like amonth, look for a job there, and move there. but i dont know if i will do that. I will be looking for jobs though.. soon. i want to make myself apply to one job at least once every other day, on Monster or something. Either in CA or MN, I dont care. somewhere.. anywhere. i need a job.

*feels a tad better* Pat called me while he was break at work ^^ just to talk.
its kinda funny/cool/sweet. He never really calls. its usually me who calls, but this week alone HE has called me at least 2-3 times so far ^^
