*Gets annoyed that England seems to be off doing what ever ignoring him again, and that he has to deal with his crazy southern states. Who also seem to be ignoring him in favor of fighting one another*
That was a cute pic, so he's pretty much like Spain but with an American ascent. ^_^

It would be good if I could finally get my main computer 100% functional again so I could get a colored picture of him... *still resents needing to basically redo entire computer and reupload everything* stare emotion_8c *sad America "looks sad"* Um... 9_9; You ok, America?
