they are in the 22-28 rank level which is about the best you can be without being good xd
i myself am a 34 at the moment but i dont really deserve that rank since i suck now becuase i cant play any more sweatdrop cry

oh and i heard that the person that most recently won the MLG tournament played with his feet eek
