Streamjumper Lecu Oh! Stream, I was going to tell you how that lasagna I made turned out. whee It was incredibly awesome and everybody liked it. My friend made me put some on a plate for her to take home and eat. It was very yummy. That kicks a**. You should write the whole thing up and submit it to somewhere. Oh, did I every give you my recipe for easy chicken pot pie? I'll have to post it on here at some point. It was actually really easy. It was so yummy. If I wasn't so full, I'd have another piece. It was funny, though, my grandma came home and had a piece and then came downstairs and was all "ZOMG. This turned out so good, Alex." then ate like..half the leftover lasagna. People liking my foods makes me warm inside. ..and I think I have it somewhere. I'mma check. D:

Lecu Stream - Nope..no pot pie recipe, only one for corn chowder and pineapple upside down cake. crying Get a medium roasted chicken (or roast/poach some chicken breasts), a premade frozen pie crust (those ones that you unfold into the pan work nice), and two cans of cream of mushroom soup and veg-all mix. Tear the chicken into little bits and put into a bowl. Then mix in the vegall and soup (you're looking for something with a consistency that while good and wet can be picked up in a ball and still hold its shape) feel free to make more than one batch at a time, since it not only keeps well for a few days, but actually tastes better when given a day or two to blend flavors. Don't forget to salt and pepper to taste. Tossing a small drained can of portabello mushroom bits is optional, but nice. Unfold the crust into a pan, fill with enough filling to even off at the top, and cover with another sheet of dough. Brush with egg, milk, or butter as you prefer and bake til golden brown at about 350 degrees in a preheated oven.
