Does that also apply to people who never post? cuz there's people like that in the member list. I looked there to guage the activity of the guild. Only three no posters is really good lately...

Eh, people seem to not realize they are voting for more than just a person they like. It's direction, experience, work ethic, and all of that.
I'm just hoping by telling her to look into it first she wont vote for someone based off of who she likes more. Which seems to be what 50% of all voters are doing, if not more.
This is generally why I hold votes requiring people to give reasons behind their vote.
