that's just the last f years of my life minus most of this summer since my parents have been giving me time for college and job search stuff...it's not so much that i am nice, as the kid is cute and i cannot say no.

are you kidding? the only time little children are annoying is if you have no power over them. if you have either the ability to reward, or remove awards, you have mild control, so they aren't as bad.every night i let my brother watch mickey mouse cartoons that i have on my computer, if Zach does something i need him to stop doing, i can say " i guess we won't watch mickey mouse then" and he will stop. with other people's children i don't have this...i cannot control them...and so it's not as fun to play with them when they start trying to play ball in the house, or play in my closet (i collect swords, so this is against the rules), or try to play with something valuable. or pull my hair. pulling hair is a unfortunate side effect of having it long.

Oh I had no control of my younger siblings. My brother's alright but my sister was/is a pain and enjoys it a bit too much. In my house, the older sibling is 'responsible' which translates to 'any argument is the older kid's fault' so being oldest kind of sucked.
