I think giant cupcakes are real cupcakes. Its not their fault they got so big. Dont judge them.
All that food makes me want to cry.
Happy bday!

I think there are two schools of thought on what defines a cupcake. The first being that it must be baked in a cup. This would mean that anything definable as a cup would yield a cupcake. However, this would mean mugcakes and muffins were cupcakes. the second school dictates that the finished cupcake must be within the volume of a 1 cup measure. This would also include many muffins, but not mugcakes or giant cupcakes as they exceed the 8oz measure.
My thought however is that a cupcake is to be defined as a mound-topped, fillingless, shelled cake with a frosted and dressed upper surface, with a height in excess of 75% of its diameter, and that can stand up under its own weight without bulging or deflating. Since the giant cupcake pictured appears to have been sliced or filled below the mound border, it is not a cupcake, but rather a normal cake with a cupcakiform shape.
(Yes, this entire thing was leading up to saying "cupcakiform.")

ahhh the very important "Cupcakiform" *serious nod*
Somehow I knew you would point out that the one in the picture had been altered and that would have a bearing on it's cupcakiness. wink

Hmm, a theme for my birthday. I'll have to think about that, I haven't really even thought about what I want to do for my birthday outside the computer.

The Exxos Express pulls into town on a pissed-off taun-taun.
From Craftymama: "Aww!!! Please let them know this made me tear up! I miss them all so much! Tell them I miss them all! I'll try to stop by when life slows down a bit. I'm glad they haven't forgotten me. They are all in my heart!"

Man oh man, that guy smells! He smells like he's been a sleeping bag for a week! sweatdrop
Had a productive day today. Did laundry, went to class, and wrote a test on MS Outlook (yes, really. no, I didn't feel the need to study. yes, I think I aced it).
As much as I like being a student, I have to admit that I don't like school all that much, oddly enough. Or maybe it's just the schedule and homework, who knows.
*enjoys a margarita*

I found out that the most boring horrible subject in the world can be amazing with the right professor. And the most interesting subject can be bad with a boring professor. The basic line-out for my thesis is ready, yay! Now to kick my a** and start working on it...muhhahahaw

You are right when i went to school there were certain teachers even if the subject was boring they got it to be fun. Like i remember reading the story of romeo and juliet and few others in english class the teacher made it fun. Even with math I don't like math to much. One thing I never got bored with even with a boring teacher is History I get the book history book and I get sucked into it. I remember just coming into a class missed half the year of what they were teaching I managed to get a B I just remember reading about the stuff when i went to the local libary. I'm most into is the u.s history i like world history to. I think i'm boring myself even talking about this lays back in bed.
