The Hegemon First of all, I'd like to clarify something about the election. The final say really goes to the crewmembers, who are, at this point, Mike and Ben (Norijitsu). The person who is elected will not get the rank of Vice Captain, only crew. If they are elected and passed by the Captains, they'll be required to maintain a certain level of activity as well as follow certain guidelines. If they are unwilling or unable to do so, they will be removed. I think that part of the reason that people have voted for Mill is because he plays an officer in the RP. Frankly, I abstained from voting as I don't feel that, as the one holding the election, I should bias it either way. Although certain members are DEFINITELY more suited to a crew position than others. Like I said, the final call lies in the hands of the current crew. And this is likely to just be the beginning. Two people can't run a guild like HTRP by themselves and expect to have a chance to roleplay. I think I can say with some amount of certainty that crew positions will be opening up in the future. *Claps* Nice speech. SO, why do we have so few crew members and no vice captain? This is HTRP-any Rp guilds need multiple crew members and a vice captain to take lead. Even my friends small time Rp guild has three able-bodied changers.

King Smeagol I am still wondering WHY THE ******** you stood down or what ever Ian... You are natural born a leader, I knows it. Anyways, I feel sorry for Will, he hasn't got a vote yet XD If you had bothered reading anything while things were going on you'd get it. Moron.
