Kaleb bit his lip, and almost called out to ask Riley to come and get him. Moving around was all well and good but trying to walk wasn't a pleasant exercise. He kept the ice on his ankle for another few minutes before taking a deep breath and getting up so he could hobble over to the wall.

He heard Kaleb get up but ignored it. If he was asked he'd just tell his partner that he'd been adamant about doing it himself.

Kaleb slowly and painstakingly made his way along the wall until he got to Riley's room, and then limped the last few feet to crawl back onto the bed where he curled up on his side next to Riley and dropped the icepack back onto his ankle.

He looked down at Kaleb while a little scene played out on the game. "Feel better now that ya got up?"

Kaleb nodded a small amount. "I-I do, but my ankle hurts worse." He closed his eyes and let out a deep breath. It was pretty tiring trying to get from one place to another without using one leg too much.

"So no more movin?" He tilted his head slightly and eyed Kaleb. Hopefully that made him realize that he had to stay seated now.

"Mnn..." Kaleb didn't feel like replying with a clear yes or no. For now he would be okay staying where he was, but he had no idea how he would feel after another couple hours.

He laughed and flopped over beside Kaleb. "Told ya that ya should have stayed here." He could still play laying like this though it was a little odd.

Kaleb made an unconvinced noise, and shifted a bit so he could grab the corner of the pillow he had been laying on earlier and swing it over to land on Riley's head.

"Ack .. what the ********." He paused his game and grabbed the pillow. "That's cheatin." He tugged it out of Kaleb's grasp and thwaped him with it.

Kaleb squeaked and giggled as he was smacked with the pillow, and then he scrambled to grab another one to defend himself with. This was movement too, but he didn't have to hurt his ankle doing it.

"OH no ya don't." He grabbed Kaleb so he could try to keep him away from the other pillows.

Kaleb squeaked again and wiggled forward, managing to get his hands on one of the pillows before twisting and hitting Riley with it. If there was one thing he was good at, it was writhing around when he was supposed to be caught.

"Stop that" He laughed as he tried to use one arm to hold onto Kaleb's so that he couldn't hit him with a pillow.

Kaleb giggled but Riley had him pinned, and he couldn't do anything unless he wanted to use his magic. That would have been cheating though, so he just leaned forward to lick his partner's nose instead.
