"Actually it is not. You do not use chakra to open the gates, you just release the strain by unlocking the muscles that intertwine with the CCS. But they can be opened by using chakra, but such one of my advanced teaching does not need to."

((Dude to open a gate you force a large amount of CHakra to the poitn known as the gate the intense rush of CHakra forces it open))

((It dosent say Anywhere how its opened but its Chakra No rock lee dosnet force it open with Will he cna stil make and control Chakra its just he cant use it in Ninjutsu and Genjutsu))
