"Pathetic and yet too cute?" He asked sheepishly with that same smile haunting his lips.
Watching her closely, he knew she was thinking this over carefully in her mind. But inside he knew there would be no negatives... there would be no pain or heartbreak in their lives. He'd not made her heartbroken yet, so why on earth would it happen later? He'd always love her, no matter the mood or things she emotionally or physically threw at him.
Hands gently slipping to hold to her sides, once more not really paying attention to the fact that they were nude and he had just proposed in that manner.
Wow was he odd... must have gotten it from his mother.

I wouldn't exactly call you 'cute' >>she spoke dryly, moving a bit closer to fill in the little gap between them<< Now...I can't say I'm familiar with how this ritual goes, but aren't you at some point supposed to kiss me? >>Amazing how she had to blatantly hint such things to the son of a succubus. Blinking, it completely slipped him that he was in fact supposed to kiss her. Pulling his arms around her gently, his wings still remained dropped down limply. Leaning down, his lips gently brushing hers for a moment as he still smiled.
"But you love me, so It's fine." He commented softly, pressing his lips gently to her own.
Holding to the kiss, he felt his heart pounding all the more then their first kiss. It was wonderful, he'd never been so happy, never felt such joy. He finally felt complete with her now.

Feeling her body actually giving into him, it was different. He knew there was no one she'd kiss like she'd kiss him. There was no one who could hold her and get this reaction, this love like he did. He was a big pink-lipped read headed fool, but he was those things for her and for good reasons.
It wasn't the kissing he would normally give, it was more loving and had more reason to it. He wanted to... be her's... and as embarassing as it was, he wanted to give his virginity to her.

(( -skipping ahead a few weeks- ))
Sitting comfortably in a large lap chair with his large serpent tail wrapped contently around the base, he just stared in a content manner out the window. It had been weeks since He had asked Solstice to marry him and bare his children... weeks since he'd given himself to her and gotten her body in return. Things were wonderful.. he'd be a father and husband to children and a wonderful woman as his bride. Despite her being a bit of the shifty mood type, he always loved it.
A cup of her favored black coffee in his hand and another beside him, pipping hot for her when she awoke.

Shocked, he sat up quickly and moved swiftly after her. He sat behind the bathroom door, his eyes exposing their worry for his bride. Wanting to knock, he resisted.
"Solstice... are you alright love?" He asked softly, not wanting to know what had really happened... hopefully she was alright.
"I have your coffee ready for you... Do you need anything?" It was obvious how desperate he was growing to help her somehow.

Listening to her, it even made his stomach turn.
"Alright Dear..." He responded gently and slipped into their bedroom once more.
Mindfully folding the sheets in place, replacing the pillows gently in their spots, he glanced down to the small exposure of what seemed to be... nah... she couldn't have been.
Normally the small divit in his head was slender, but he noticed it gave a bit more, and she did seem a bit more... hormonal. Was she... pregnant?
"Hm..." He glanced to a small piece of paper on his night stand, he nodded and smiled. Already having picked out a nice name for a baby...

He slipped beside the paper and lightly unfolded it. Reading two of the names they'd talked about previously...
"Thoth.. and Naeco... One if it's a girl and one for a boy..." He spoke to sooth himself.
She'd been in the bathroom a long time and it worried him a bit. Slipping into the hallways, he looked to the door and sipped his black coffee quietly.
Hopefully she'd be out soon.

Hearing the door, his eyes shifted and he glanced up tot he dragoness slipping from the bathroom. A worried gaze followed after by his expression. His body shifting slowly, he met her half way and looked her over carefully. She did seem... sick and the belly was slightly a bit less solid. Nothing that bothered him though.
"You alright Solstice?" He asked foolishly. "Get all of it out of your system?"
