Sweat began dripping from his brow as he stood up. "23 squats...1,2,3,4..."

Shijo sat down, took a breath, and started his sit ups. "1,2,3,4..."

Shijo was down to set 22. "Keep going, 22 push ups...1,2,3,4,..."

Shijo stood up. "Squats...1,2,3,4..."

Shijo sat down and started his sit ups. "1,2,3,4..."

Shijo sat up, shifted around, and started set 21, "21 push ups...1,2,3,4,..."

Shijo put his botle back and started on his work out again. "20 push ups...1,2,3,4..."
