"period blood,"- dont ask. its old.
"dave, your too young for this," or saying a three year old is his elder, etc.. - cuz dave was one of the smallest guys.

Oh, we have many. Most about my BD who retired at the end of last year.
1. PIKACHU! (Warning that old BD was coming)
2. Big Scary (Black) Bear (A name for the old BD, came up with at a flute lunch and quickly spread throughout the band, ending up as a name for a cadence.)
3. Old BD voice.
4. Old BD head nod.
5. Old BD Tuba safed my life story.
6. Suck first, then blow. (Clarinet thing.)
7. Clarinet hookers. (Another weird clarinet thing.)
8. "You need to be more like clam chowder!" (Comment from a judge. XD)
9. FRAZER! Scott! FRAZER! Scott!
10. "Until 7:58 and 13 seconds, band is dismissed!" "UUUGGGGGHHHHH!"

in my band if your called a whore by the whole band you are proud of it, and when our bd says "guys play loud, come on OPEN UP AND BLOW!!!

My HS BD was a dork... she had these odd little sayings... Like some of our music had lettered parts, mostly the music for when we played at basket ball games.
Letter B -- Leave her alone.
Letter C -- Open her eyes.
Then some of us were BD Aides. Here comes the really bad groaners. She called us her BAND AIDES. But the worst one was when she would send one of us to the office to make copies or get her mail or whatever... she would call the office ahead of time, and evidently she thought this was funny or something.... "I'm sending you some Aides."
Bleh.

"O NOS!" or "NOMNOMNOM" or any other computer lingo is said quite often amongst my fellow percussionists (and it has quickly caught on with the rest of the band) I don't think we can go 5 min w/o saying "O NOS!" xp
"It's practically poneying out here!" - when spell check on a phone says poneying instead of pouring.
"TECHNO REMIX!" Whenever there's a part in a song (no matter what band it is) where there's no percussion, my fellow bass drummer always adds a techno beat to it. It's awesome. biggrin

We were in sectionals, and since our BD plays trombone, he was leading us. We were having some intonation issues and he said "normally this note is sharp on the trombone, so when in doubt...." and he trails off, and a number of kids finished the sentence for him "pull out?" everyone burst out laughing and our BD turned SOOO red, you could tell he wanted to laugh so hard, but he had to turn around to regain his composure. it was classic
So when in doubt, pull out!!!

Lol our old bd told the guard to dance not just stand in the stands.
So we thought it was funny when we started to do thriller and a lot of crazy a dances.
Then he was like ~.~; I didn't mean that much your going to make our sid brake or something.
So know every time he tells us it times to dance while we are in the stand we act crazy it so fun.
What even funnier is that he given up on the fact that we not going to act normal when dancing. the only dance that we do normal for him is our flight song dance that only because it tradition and the seniors were about to kill us if we didn't do it the traditional way.

when we were in sections our section had the main director (the funniest BD) and one day he hid behind a door and did a puppet show through a window and we couldnt stop laughing so he said "puppet says shhh" and we laughed even harder but "puppet" lasted for the rest of the year and is still going strong

our super secret club held in a super secret place with super secret members, so no one knows everyone that's in it or where it's held or what we talk about.... mostly clarinets.... i kno were dorks....
