((Oh, you think some sheltered person is going to know!!? razz Well.. *thinks about Rain's memory-dreams* Guess she'd guess she would kind of know. razz Wow!! Kayako having a cute moment!? O__O))
Rain thought about her question. "Picturing something?" she mused to herself. Flashes of her usual, reoccuring dreams flashed in her head. She remembered that whenever she thought about them, she would have some desire to go out and live them out.
"I think..." she began, unsure of her answer. "That it might mean you want it... Like, if it's a thing, you want that thing. If it's a situation, you want that situation. To be honest, I'm only guessing. I'm not entirely sure at all."

Want that situation? That made her blush a little, wondering how on earth that was even possible...but then again she was Kayako, there were alot of things weird about her.
"What about...um...if it's a person? Like if you see them...some way that's not normal??"
Curiousity was getting the better of her now, since she was confused and trying to figure out what her thoughts meant. Her little picture wasn't anything...nasty. She knew what that was, everyone did. This was...something weird and not normal.

((O___O Oh, geez... I can only imagine what weirdnesses you are having her imagine with whom I am very sure it is. O__O AAAAHH!! I really wanna know!! You're so cruel. razz ))
This really had Rain thinking. Quite the enigma this question was. "In some way that's not normal?" Rain repeated, trying to make sense of it. "I'm sorry, but... I don't really know what you mean..." After all, she has lived her past remembered life in some sheltered facility that blocked out practically everything about society.

Kayako didn't want her friends to think she'd been picturing something perverted, because honestly she wasn't. In fact, she wasn't even sure WHAT was going on in that image. It didn't seem too strange from a platonic viewpoint....but to her it just made a strange half-emotion sort of thing appear.

Rain was all the more confused now. "Little clothing?" she repeated, her face contorted from so much confusion it looked like someone playing with clay. What does she mean? Who is she talking about? "I'm really sorry, Kayako," she apologized again. "I really wish I could help, but I'm just so confused on what you mean. After all, I was shut off from all things of society."

She was talking more to herself than to Rain now, just because it helped her make sense of it when she said it aloud. Still though, her brain wasn't helping any with this one. Instead, it was still locked on the picture that was in front of her thoughts.

Rain was starting to get a sense of what she meant. "I think we should talk about that when there's not an open link to our conversation," she said indicating the commlink. "It's not like I'm trying to avoid talking about it. I just don't think you would want Gray to hear, even if he is out of his mind right now."
Rain was trying to picture what Kayako was talking about, trying to get a sense of what was going through her head so she could understand her better. If she could understand her thoughts, she felt she would be better able to help figure out what her subconscience is telling her.

A distance plume of dust erupted from the dry wastelands below; signaling the end of Gray's little outburst.
The KLF had been forcibly rammmed into the ground, mangled, and dismembered brutaly by the nighmarish Mercury.
The UF pilot must have had lady luck as her callsign, though...
The cockpit had been the only part that survived; though kinda dented...
The Black Mercury stepped back, turing to glace up into the sky.
inside the Cockpit, Gray was bent over the controlls, breathing hard. With a unatural look in both eyes, he glanced up at the glowing screens.
enemies...Kill...destroy, DESTROY!
It was thoughtless, mindless...
It wasn't even him; it wasn't realy happing, right...
It was all a blank....
Mercury suddenly whipped out it's board and darted back skyward in a green haze...except something was very wrong. Mercury's eyes flared,a dn it drew both knives....
And flew straight at Senturi and Eden, accelerating as it went!
((oh, noes! he's outta control! surprised ))

Kayako pretty much stopped in mid-thought with a little jolt in her seat. Had there been sound effects, this would be the part where the 'urk' noise was cued.
"Y-You mean this thing is still ON??! I thought Medri disabled those!!! Your kidding me...WAAAA! NONE OF YOU HEARD THAT!!! IT'S A LIE!!!!!"
She had already managed to scramble out of her locks and was hiding her face again, this time just out of plain old-fahioned embarrassment. She had maybe a split second to see the blip on her radar...
"Rain....FLY!!!!"

Rain was thinking about her outburst. "Did he?" she questioned. "I don't know, I'm just saying just in case."
It was just before Kayako commanded her to flee that she caught a glint in the corner of her eye, which made her turn her head to look. It took her a while to realize just who it was. "What?" she said in disbelief, staring at the LFO in shock.
Dusana groaned as she lied in her cockpit. "Damn kid..." she cursed. "Didn't have to make a mess of it..." With a few more groans, she passed out. Later, well after the the time the others would have left, she would be found and picked up my a reconissence(sp?) team. The team would pick her up and take her back to whatever base she was based in to recover from whatever injuries she would have gotten.

Back at the controls, Kayako flew Senturi out straight in front of Rain. Mercury was fast, too fast, so there wasn't really time for a proper escape plan...
Once there the chains came out, flying in an arch back around their hoste. This time however, the hooks were caught by Senturi was they circled back around, only to change shape again, becoming small dagger-like chainblades. The black and violet LFO took it's attack pose, crossing it's arms over each other with a blade in each hand.
"Rain stay back, I don't know what happening....Gray you IDIOT what are you doing?!"

Medri was very glad he had put the few buggs in sho's LFO durring there little hackers duel, "thank go for being oversafe!" He flipped aswtich on the inside and started the drill program on the inside of the Black LFO. But at the same time he did not stop there, judging from there last little fight gray would not fall over easy but it was near impossilbe to pilot and hack at the same time. Lucky for medri he had the wonderful Asuka piloting Jenny so he could focus on his hacking. "Asuka when he sees this he is gunna go blasitc on us be ready!"

Rain had enough sense to back up Eden, but it was only a little bit. "Oh, no..." she said, thinking of any possibilty this change of typical demeanor Gray was having. She was now thinking of ways she could stop him. There was no way she would be able to fight him, she'd go down just as easily as that KLF. "Maybe... I could... talk to him?" she pondered, wondering if she could do such a thing.

((read Svener's fanfic, um...was it, like chapter 8, or 12...anyhoo, this is what the driver realy does. mindless battle-machine.))
Mercury darted up above both LFO's, puasing about a hundred feet up; before crashing back down in a trapar shockwave.
Thankfully, Due to Meri's interferance, it missed narrowly and arched back around for another pass; except it had now become slower, being overtaken by the hacking programs.
Oddly, Gray didn't seem to countering at all; even though he'd shown before that he easily could.
Part's of Mecury started to shift; the black layer seeming to lift up off the silver frame for asecond before sticking abck too it; as if it was malfunctioning...

"Gray...what are you doing?? Listen to me idiot, do you even have a brain?? The enemies are dead!!"
She'd heard him speak while he fought before. He always babbled about enemies...so maybe that would help get through to him. Still, Kayako kept close watch on his movements, reading every step. An LFO had set movement patterns, she's learned that long ago. If she read his moves, she could counter, even if he went too fast to see while actually attacking.
"Gray, please don't make me....."
The moment the black coating waved, she discreetly locked on her guns to Mercury's arms. Just to be safe...she didn't want to hurt him, especially not after that image...
"Gray stop it!!"
