Mina pulled her sketch book open again, flipping to the page she was last at, the sketch of the person at the bookshelf. She started on it again, darkening lines, and adding details. "So what else do you like? Besides music, I think we've covered that . . ." She laughed lightly again, not wanting to say the wrong thing.

Ruo opened the book, begining to read. "I like to read. Write occasionally, but ussualy it's nothing special. ...Old Sci fi and horror films are always fun too, as are any movie." He looked up from the book, tilting his head. "And you?"

Mina looked up from her sketch book, thinking for a second. "Well . . . I love writing, poetry. I seem to have a gift with birds . . And horror movies are my favorite to watch."

Ruo turned another plage, still reading. "Classic Horror, or horror movies from these days? Both are pretty great."

"How could anyone not?" Ruo asked, chuckleing lightly. "They're great." He closed his book, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a watch. He repocketed it, looking back at his book.

Mina nodded, laughing with him. "Yeah." She saw him look at his watch. "Do you need to be going?"

Ruo smiled. "Ah, soon, but not quite yet, by personal decision. It's that, or my sisters will hunt me down looking for me." He scratched the back of his head. "And that would be more embarassing than carrying around a bright pink scarf."

Mina nodded, "Oh. Your sisters sound . . . Like a handful? Must be hard being the only boy in the family. I feel sorry for Oliver sometimes. But we don't do anything like that to him." She laughed, somewhat nervously.

"They are," Ruo said thoughtfully. "Only boy in the family, and in the triplets..." He shook his head. "You have a brother?"

She shook her head, "Not really, but Oliver's really close, and he lives with us. A childhood friend."

"My mistake," Ruo said, placing the book he had in his hand back on the shelf. "Ah, I assume things, I suppose." He looked over the books again, his finger running down the spines. He took a slow breath, closing his eyes and enjoying the silence of the library, before opening his eyes once more.

Mina shook her head, "It's fine, you had the right to assume, as I didn't tell you he wasn't actually my brother." She watched him do this, knowing why. "It's nice, isn't it? Everything is usually so loud."

"But still," Ruo said, scratching the back of his head slightly. "Very nice. I'm used to background noise, usually something to do with my sisters of course, so it's nice to hear very little noise." He smiled lightly, running his hand down a few more books, before looking over at Mina. "Hey, do you know if there are any music stores around here?"

Mina nodded in agreement. "Yeah, I can relate to that." She thought for a second, trying to remember if she had come across any music stores in the past. ". . . I don't think so . . . But I'm not sure."
