Ok, i've got some footage of last nights training session. The footage is of me and a training partner doing some boxing oreintated sparring. He's been inactive for the past month so we had a move around just for him to loosen off the cobwebs.

The session consisted of conditioning at the start and then twelve 3 minute rounds followed by some grappling.

The footage itself is of round 7 and round 12. The contact is kept down but we've got a sponsered sparring session down at the our local boxing gym so we're going to start preparing for that.

Also, EVP is bullshit.

I'm assuming GSP = George St. Pierre....the person of which BJ Penn lost the decision to in UFC 58....he's a dirty Canadian.

Also, in order for EVP to work, you have to focus your qi....if it isn't focused then ghosts are gonna be like, "Dis ***** ain't got no qi, dis ***** don't wanna talk to us....*****!"

Because as we all know, when a person dies and turns into a ghost, it turns into a black gangster.
