Blaine felt that question was coming some time soon. He had no answer for that himself though tried his best to explain the situation. "During...experimentation...They put the cloth over my eyes...and never took it off...I thought it was left on for a good reason...so never bothered removing it..." He replied as he walked down one of the hallways slowly. He could smell fresh air and guessed it was coming from outside somewhere close.

Ware said nothing, accepting that as a relatively good answer. He continued to follow him curiously. He was surprised to find that he wasn't really afraid of the dragon.

Placing his hand against the cold walls he stopped for a few minutes. He kept walking for a while occasionally turning his face towards doors as if they were open while in a way he could see inside. He turned towards Ware questions brimming his own thoughts. "Why are you following me?" He had to ask it though he had no problem with it.

"Because I am not afraid of you," he replied absently before realizing it wouldn't make any sense to him. "I do not know how to explain. I simply... do not do well with... many things." He let the statement hang, knowing it was pitifully inadequete but truly not knowing how to express it.

He decided not to ask about it since he understood partially. Finding the door that leads to outside he opened it and stopped for a moment as a wave of fresh air hit him. It was something enjoyable and new at the same time. It was the clearest picture he had gotten in his mind so far of the outside world. "Beautiful...thats it..." He whispered to himself as relating words came to his mind. "Your appearance that is..."

Ware was taken aback, having caught the words. He didn't know whether they were directed to him; surely they couldn't be. A thing like him? Beautiful? He was afraid to ask or comment on it, and so hung in the air near him uncertainly.

Blaine laughed quietly before a light smirk placed his face. Walking towards a nearby tree he looked around quietly. "You Ware...are beautiful...better?" He could since his uncertainty. Leaning against the tree quietly he turned his face towards the sky. There were no clouds so the only picture in his mind was a blank color of light blue.

Ware stared after him, still seeming uncertain and confused, though hope was burried under it. "But... I... I cannot be. I do not even know what I am."

"You dont have to know what you are...to be beautiful. You will learn over a short period of time. If you want to bad enough." He said quietly as he placed his hand out in front of him. His face moved with the leaf that fell from the tree looming above him as it dropped to his hand. "Will you be the first thing I see...when I...if I remove my blindfold?"

Ware drifted closer to him, the grass under him rippling. "... if you wish me to be. I... I think I would like to be." The experiment landed on the ground beside him, silver hair falling his his eyes.

Blaine nodded as he blew the leaf away. The last thing he wanted was a scientist to be the first thing he saw. He rather them take it off and he be blind than he see on of them. For a long while he wondered if he was blind. Would now be a good time to find out? After all it was just him and Ware he couldnt sense anyone else. His hand drifted to the back of his head where the blind was tied.

He watched his hand, feeling more like a convenience than a choice. Ware moved in front of him quietly, head dropped a bit and eyes down. He was still afraid and slightly unsure; he had relearned deceit and untruth after waking up, and false compliments were one. Another was being used. He was all too used to both.

Blaine closed his eyes as his hand untied the knot. He grabbed the material before it dropped from his eyes. Removing the crimson cloth his eyes still closed he held it in his hands for awhile before opening his eyes. At first it was a large blur of colors mashed together. He blinked slowly before looking to Ware with a small smile. It was slowly clearing up as he looked at the being that stood before him. Briliant colors of oranges, yellows, reds and slits of greens branched off from his narrow pupils. After a few minutes he was able to see Ware completely. Slipping his fingers under his chin he lifted his face so he could see him better. "I was right...though i'm rarely wrong..."

Ware looked up hesitantly at him, muscles bunched to run away although he thought he could trust Blaine. He searched for something to say, and found nothing, feeling like a complete fool. "I-i..."

Blaines eyes narrowed slightly in thought as he ran his fingers lightly over his cheek. He was amazed by Ware's beauty as he looked upon him. Leaning in close to him his lips brushed agains his cheek towards his ear. "Thank you..." he whispered into his ear with a soft smile.
