Kitara's face flushes with color and she sits down by her tent. She closes her eyes, fighting pain in her abdomen.

Westley's eyes stay closed but his body automatically starts to change. His flesh covers over and then is conquered by fur - tawny colored fur. His ears transform into feline ears as his tail appears. His hands turn into paws (with claws) while he gains a snout with whiskers. It's not a horrible transformation, even for those of a weak stomach. Westley had always hidden his transformation because he had thought that it was the idea of transformation that sickened people - human, elven, and (sometimes) demon alike.
After the minute of transformation, he opens his eyes which actually stay the same no matter his form. He realizes that he has transformed, not by choice.
He turns his face away from the albino woman saying in a low cat-like growl, ``I'm sorry you had to see that. I had no control over the change - due to the shock that my body undertook.´´

A flash of light shining off something appears in the sky near the dragon. Listening closer, anyone (that knows what it might be - unlike Jay) would know that the helicopter is coming. To Jay, however, it would just be known as a metallic bird, which is very odd for his mind.
The helicopter flies in closer and, not noticing the dragon until the last second, knicks the dragon's tail. The helicopter is not damaged, however, and continues to fly towards the campground.
The dragon, on the other hand, is wounded by the helicopter - something Jay would later call ironic. The dragon cries out in pain and heads down towards the water.
Jay was thrown off of the dragon when the helicopter hit the dragon's tail and now he flies down to the water's shore.
The impact of the helicopter made the dragon jerk which woke Margem. Her head pounds from the impact of the dock, but now she sees the water coming towards her and she tries to struggle out of the dragon's grasp - unaware that Jay and Darian are nearby to help her.

Darian ran toward the water, hoping he would not have to wrestle Margem out of the dragon's grip. He had heard that such creatures had a grip like a vice, and were incredibly stubborn about not letting things they grabbed go until they wanted to. Usually they had no opposition in this, since few people were willing to attempt to wrestle anything away from a dragon, but Darian knew he may have to try if he wanted to save Margem.

The woman shakes her head. "It wasn't anything you had to hide," she says. "After all, I already knew that you're part cougar. It wasn't grotesque or anything. I just need to readjust your bandages now." She does so, making sure they're tight.
As the helicopter grows closer the sound becomes audible inside the tent. "And that would be the helicopter, thank God," Lael says. She goes to the tent door and looks out, watching as the helicopter lands.

The redhead squirms a bit more and, seeing that it's not helping any, she pulls her knee towards her hand. Her hand reaches her boot and she is able to pull out her dagger, that had been sitting in it's sheath in her boot (as always). She flips the dagger so that it is aimed towards the dragon's hand and stabs the dragon.
The dragon cries out and, the pain from that slight p***k intensifying the pain from the helicopter incident, opens up it's claw completely. The redhead, however, doesn't fall because she is holding on to her dagger (which just so happens to be stuck in the dragon's hand). The two of them fly closer to the water but are still about seven feet above the surface.
Margem tries to get her dagger from the dragon but cannot; the dragon tries to shake the woman (and the thing that is giving it pain) off, but cannot.

Jay lands on the ground then, realizing that Darian and Margem can now figure out what to do, heads towards the camp sites. He lands in the bushes nearby and, after transforming, heads towards his tent. Once he sees Kitara, as pale as she is, he starts to run.
``Kitara, what's wrong?´´ he asks, kneeling next to her.
``I don't know...´´ she is able to articulate, ``It just hurts.´´

Crisa opens her eyes to see that Lael has left the tent. She nudges Westley's hand before scooting out after the albino woman. She stands on her feet and mews.
``How can I help?´´

"Just let go!" Darian called out, "It's not too big a fall, and I'm right here if nothing else." He stopped running but stood ready to start again if he needed too. Until he knew whether to run to the water or not, however, all the elf could do was watch, and wait.

The Mystic recognizes her friend's/fiancé's voice without having to look. She feels torn about the situation and she pauses to debate the situation. The pause takes long enough, luckily for her, to let the dagger slide from the dragon's paw. She, with her dagger, falls into the water below. She was able to catch her breath before hitting the water so, putting her dagger in her boot, she surfaces easily enough - her hair in her face. She catches her breath again and dives under the water towards the shore, her headaching.

Once the helicopter has safely landed, Lael makes her way over to it, waiting for the pilot to emerge.

One of the staff on the helicopter steps out of the cargo bay and steps up to the albino woman. Without taking his helmet off, he says, ``We're here to take the three patients. Could you tell me where they might be?´´

The redhead makes it to the shore and, exhausted, lays her head on the dry ground.
``Damnit Sanyu.´´

Lael nods. "I believe that Ktra healed two of them," she tells the man. "The third is this way." She leads him back to the tent.

"She's still there, making you weaker because she will be leaving?" Darian asked, his voiced edged with concern. When he had last seen Margem before leaving to regain his memory, she had told him about Sanyu, the spirit of a long-dead, cursed Mystic who shared Margem's body.

Ktra steps out of the shadow near the two elves and says, as he squats down, ``What's wrong?´´
Jay raises his eyes and says, ``I have no idea but I think Kitara needs attention.´´
The Rashaden man nods, solidifying himself, and the two of them help Kitara to her feet. She almost collapses so Ktra tells Jay that they'll have to carry her, considering the state she's in. The two men carry Kitara to the chopper, where Ktra briefly tells the pilot that the blue haired woman is one of the patients to be attended to.

The medic follows the woman to the tent and finds a large cougar lying, wounded, in the tent.
He pauses for a bit, surprised, then says, ``How can we get 'em out of the tent and to the chopper?´´

Without raising her head, the Mystic shakes her head, ``No, dear. She's gone but I'm still weak.´´
She sighs, bringing a hand to her head, ``Dang it. Now I've got a headache.´´

"Do you not have a stretcher?" Lael asks. "If not, I suppose we could get Nathan to help again. He was the one who brought him here."

"Ah," Darian replied sorrowfully, "I guess it was too much to ask that we both be better." He places an arm around her. "I think I heard a helicopter. Maybe you're headache has what most would consider a normal cause for a change. I hope so, some normality would be nice."
Nathan was still on the beach with Lily. The couple had sat down on the beach and talked about good memories they shared, revelling in their shared laughter. The demon leaned over and kissed the woman gently on the lips, his love apparent in that one simple act.

The Rashaden man, after making sure that Jay and Kitara are safely in the helicopter, walks towards Lael's tent.
``Ahhh.... No. Not to my knowledge,´´ the medic says, feeling a bit awkward where he is.
Ktra steps past the man and into the tent, ``I've got 'em.´´
He solidifies to pick up the wounded Westley (holding him as a mother would her wounded child) then, phasing both himself and Westley out of phase, passes through the tent wall to get out of the tent. He then solidifies the two of them and carries him to the helicopter. He steps up the stairs to enter the helicopter and sets Westley down on the floor near Jay. He looks around and easily finds the stretcher. The Rashaden man shakes his head, takes the stretcher, and easily slides it under Westley. He ties the man into the stretcher so that he doesn't go sliding.
Ktra then turns to Lael and Crisa, ``You accompanying him?´´
Crisa nods and jumps into the helicopter to curl at Westley's feet.

As Margem and Darian walk towards the campsites, the redhead glances at her companion.
She shakes her head, ``Something just came to me. Sanyu never mentioned it at all but that hit to the head, then seeing you, triggered something. I have to go to the Mirror of the Ages. A name comes to mind - Secre Plata, but I don't know why.´´
The woman pauses for another few minutes then says, ``I realize that I don't have a clear memory of what happened in my past, after... After whenever it was. Something tells me that I met you before the cliff. Am I right?´´

Lael nods as she follows Ktra to the helicopter. "Yes, I'm coming." Once inside she thanks Ktra for his help and sits next to Westley, shaking her head slightly as she sees the stretcher.
