She nodded. "All our other spells and potions haven't worked. Even the ones that were in the book to vanquish diamond. I think we need a new approach." Jen said, thoughtfully.

"No. Diamond is an element. It can't be broken down. Fire melts plastic and fake diamonds. He's real. We need some kind of physcic attack." Jen said, still in thought.

"What about possessing him to learn his weakness?" She asked, looking at Matt. He did have the most experience in possessing people and demons. "Can you learn from them when you possess someone?" She asked, uncertainly.

"Oh, I already know his weaknesses. His mind, for one. That one's in the book. Another is that his diamond body is not natural. He has the power to create and control diamonds. What we see is his own creation. Underneath all that diamond is a regular old stone demon."

"Well, the possesion thing's an idea. Although its pretty risky. You cant make a spell or potion for it since it's considered dark magic, and the only other way is to die. And you never know if you're going to move on or not."

He sat in the recliner near by. "I say we use the spell again. I mean, it did the job the first time, right? Theonly way he was able to reconstitute himself was because his leader --who ever that is-- had enough power. Maby we could..."

He had a sudden thought. He and the last coven he was in also fought Diamond. His memory had been clouded since the last time he was evil, but he could remember now. A girl named Amanda used her telepathy to destroy him, but it was just like the spell.

He looked over at Jen. "What if his biggest weakness isnt his mind? Even demons need to stretch their mental capabilities. Whats the one thing demons are severely lacking in?" He waited to add a dramatic pause. "A heart. True emotions...besides anger, hate, and lust that is. Jen, I think you can defeat him..." He ran over to the bookcase and began lookeing around.

He pulled on one book and the entire case swung around, with Matt going with it. About an hour or two later he emerged from the bookcase with an extreemly dusty book. He showed the page he was looking at to Jen and Blake. "Look here, Prue Halliwell had the power of empathy for a short time. To vanquish this demon she was able to combign her powers of empathy and astral-projection to astral all the pain and heartache of San Fransico into him...." He handed the book to Jen. "I think you could do the same thing!"

"Channeling all the pain in San Fransisco in Astral form?" She asked, uncertainly. "I can hardly use my powers in astral form." She said, sighing. "But it's the only plan we've got so I guess it's worth a shot." She said, shrugging. "How could it be risky?" She asked turning to Blake.

"That'd be your fault." Jen muttered, rolling her eyes. She shook her head. "Well, we've gotta try something. For all we know he could be gaining more power as we speak." She said.

"No, I can't summon it, you see someone put a spell on it so that I couldn't summon it." She said, nodding skeptically. "Again your doing." She said, rolling her eyes. "but I can try, I guess." She saidclosing her eyes and focusing on the dragon blade.
