Kami watched as Yoko left. "I don't hate you," she said, running her hand along the railing. She turned back inside, and opened the book. It was a history on her family. She turned to a page that had a history of her mothers family. She riffled through, until she reached a page that had something interesting. Her mothers family was water benders. She continued flipping, until it reached her present reletives (It was very updated). There, on that page, was a picture of Yoko. She slammed the book shut, and as if she was auto pilot, grabbed her bag, and ran out the door, heading to her ship.

Docking the boat, Jin had noticed that everyone left in this part of the city. With a sigh, Jin pushed and pulled his boat onto the Northern Water Tribe.

Feinel half-jogged down towards Kai; he was by his spear, as always. She enjoyed that slightly smokey scent of the air. Bored, she sat down next to him on the bench. "Now that we are done with the Water Tribe, what will we do?"
How could they get bored? Was that all the trip was for? she thought to herself.

Feinel stared absentmindedly ahead. "Now that you bring it up, I am rather tired. They were very cruel fighters, I think." She turned to look at Kai, "No, I really wouldn't mind. The Air Temples would be amazing. So would the Earth Kingdom, full of stone. But, would they greet us kindly? There is sort of a tension." Feinel sighed and started to slump on the bench. "I'm really tired now,"she said as giving a supportive yawn.

Felix got out of his house and started to stretch his back.
'alright time to train'
Felix had a bag with scrolls inside, he took out one that had pink boundaries.
'damn my mother for coloring beginner scrolls pink, oh well at least i could tell which one is which'
The scroll contained practice for breathing.

First step for any firebender is to learn how to control your breathing.
Breathing is the air within the body that will help combustion.
The more capable you are to control your breathin the more powerful and "in control" your firebending is.

Meditating and Jogging are good ways to control breathing.

Mentally meditating is the best, it helps sooths the mind and is capable of helping the mind understand the tactics of combustion.

Physically jogging is the best way, it helps your vitality as well as increase your intake of oxygen to create a powerful flame.

Felix sat down with his legs spread, he bent over and took out his arms, he placed them to the farthest point possible, he repeated this a few more times before getting up.

At first Felix jogged in place to get his heart pumping.
'to the market district and back home'
Felix started to jog the long and quiet road to the market district.

Felix was running up the road with a fast and balanced pace.
'man i cant believe my brother had to go through this everyday'
The speed of his breathing increased as well as the capacity to intake more.
'almost there i cant wait to meditate'
Felix stopped and jogged in place in front of his door step. After that he did a few stretches to cool down. then he opened the door to his home and walked in.

'gosh where can i find a firebender that has a higher level than i do'
Felix was so deep in his thought that he didnt realize there was people walking around street.
He then accidently bumped into a girl causing her to fall/
"Oh no im sorry here let me help you up"
Felix bent over extending his arm offering help.
