That's creepy. I talked to him on the phone and I talk to him over PMs but he does nothing like to me. Except a comment or two about my boobs but I get that from everybody I know.

xp Well, I automatically distrust any 21 or 22 year old who calls 13 or 14 year old girls that he met on the internet. But I especially distrust him, as the girl he was trying to meet up with and FANTASIZING about was TWELVE.

Most interesting. I too have been victum to my own indiscretions in the past and in all actuallity, Loller/Scot was one of the reasons I decided that things were out of control somewhat. It is because of people like him that I hardly ever even talk to people under 16, just out of fear that something I say gets taken the wrong way. In saying this, I know Ryuu isn't alone in his inappropriate behaviours and I hold no judgement as I too once did some things that can most definately be considered out of line. Lets just hope that all of us can learn something from this 3nodding I know I learned my lesson long ago.
Out of curiousity, if this happened in february, how come its being brought up now? The whole time this guild has been here, I can't say I have seen Ryuu being guilty of anything other than being amourous towards all the ladies. I don't mean amourous as in oh baby I want you, I mean as in exceptionaly complimentary. Personally, I see no harm in that. If I did, I would do something about it. Umless this is still going on, I say let by-gones be by-gones.

Your statement, and your relationship with wataame, are the reasons why I haven't/don't say anything about your behavior. You have learned your lesson. You also, as far as I know, never tried to call or MEET UP WITHl a TWELVE year old girl. Ryuushin, on the other hand, has done nothing but lie about and deny what, until recently with all the rehab of the forums, was sitting out in public. I gave him a chance (and STILL give him the chance) to explain or apologize for his behavior. Instead, he lies about me and lets the girls that he has conned try to argue for him. Some of them do, but some of them PM me (and comment on the LJ post) that he has done/continues to do the same thing to them. I repeat, CONTINUES TO DO. I got a PM yesterday from a girl (WELL UNDER 16), that he has repeatedly asked for pictures of her in various states of undress and her phone number. He has even talked about visiting her. I'm not adding this to the LJ post because it's not really "proof," only her word against his. If he were to come out, like you have, admit what he has done and make it clear that he now knows that using PYP threads as places to try to get nude pictures and phone numbers of underage girl is WRONG, I would probably drop it, all the while keeping an eye on him. Chances are, though, that he'll just lie low until this blows over and then resume his activities. Either that or just find another PYP thread to haunt until I find him again. That having been said, what he did was not just wrong, but DESPICABLE. I mean, THE GIRL WAS TWELVE. TWELVE ******** YEARS OLD. Ugh. He's disgusting.

Well, basically, you're accusing me of being a *****, right? First of all, if you're going to accuse me of something, use the right word. *********. So yeah. Secondly. You don't know me. At all. The fact is, I'm only guilty of one thing. Joking around with a friend. Actually. I'm "guilty" of a crime I never actually committed.

There's no proof there, Ryuushin. Nothing but lies and denials and insults hurled at me. The proof sits in that LJ post, on your comments, and on the many, many IMs I've gotten from underage girls that you have asked for n***s from. I have given you a chance to answer, and you have chosen to deny and lie. I've given you a chance to change, but you see nothing wrong with the disgusting way you have behaved. You refuse to own up to the fact that you have used the PYP threads to attempt to get n***s from, phone numbers of, and meet up with underage girls.
So, Jose, just know that I am not going to let this go. Obviously, this isn't over.
EDIT: If there are bigger fish to fry, please feel free to point them out. I've got a whole LJ journal to fill up. Believe me, I'm just getting started.

I'm not taking sides in this, but first of there's a legal term called defamation of character. It's a serious offence, and ryu does have a case. Second, if you are going to accuse someone of "going after little girls" you should stray away from posting something like this: Lollercoaster Teh Paige Hawtness.

Okay. I suppose I'm guilty of having a perverted sense of humor. Guilty as charged. Oh, and those pics were actually meant for my ex gf. And there are countless shirtless pics of guys. So yeah. Hell, there are people in here I've never joked around in a pervy manner too. Depends on the person. So it's wrong to do so. I only come in here now which should make you a little happier. And as you can tell from our fellow members, I've done nothing wrong since then. Just in here hanging with some friends. Phone numbers and trying meet up with people? Nope. Only met two people from the net. 1) Xiren. You can look her up/ask about her. 2) Someone off of yahoo. Both over 18. =O YarrShe's my ex who is currently dating my best friend. I don't know Bean, and Impy stopped of his own accord after I talked to him about it the first time, at least as far as I know. Ask him, he'll tell you, hell, he posted about it on this thread. No, every older person on Gaia does not behave the way Ryuushin has behaved. Asking for n***s of underage girls and making plans to meet them is over the line for a 21 or 22 year old man. It just is. If you see older people on Gaia behaving inappropriately, email the owner of the LJ at superduperhero@gmail.com. We'll investigate and maybe that person will be the next feature on gaia_justice. But, we do our homework and won't post anything unless and until it is VERY well justified. I have all of those things that you suggest, but I won't need them. I doubt that Ryuushin would want his activities in and out of Gaia to become a matter of the IRL PUBLIC record.

I thought they were actually intelligent and mature enough to handle the situation. I became this way when I was 14. And you can't tell me you haven't ran across really mature smart young kids?
