Kurai_18 I'm just not feeling this role play anymore for some reason... agreed... I think it's cause now it's suddenly being rushed to make any kind of post. This is the first day in a month that I've had any kind of real time to post more then just one or two things. I feel like unless you're in the captain/crew's little group of friends you get tossed aside.... -.- several times I've tried to post, but they rush everything so much that I never get a chance to do anything and when I do, no one notices anything I say as either of my characters. It's very upsetting. I liked this guild before, but now it's gotten so technical and fast paced that it's not fun anymore... sad

Nothing has happened in it since me and the girls in it are all working girls and know that we each have lives outside of gaia and RPing

Well, I'm fresh out of High school, getting ready for college. This, and it's not a bad thing, bores me.... Of course it could be the ADHD but genuinely, it's turning sour. My characters haven't been posted with for over a month.

My characters haven't been posted with for over a month. tell me about it. One of the other girls in here that isn't a crew member contacted me. I've been trying to rp with her, but she posts so fast, I can't keep up. :S So I just posted the siblings I play over at the grounds cause I don't know what else to do since I never got to finish at the event. -.-

Chef Zeke LeDeltrie I've looked all over this spread sheet and neither of my characters are on it, but they are on the class schedual, so that's why I'm a bit upset.. makes me feel like no one in the guild cares about anyone that's isn't in their little circle of friends or has to work long hours like me. Ok so, i really dont understand why you think that, but if there is a mistake in the spreadsheets, its super simple to just ask Angel about it. If you charries are up in one but not the other, obviously its just a simple mistake.

So for that particular spreadsheet, one person compiled it on his own. Because there are so many profiles, it's difficult to record them all without a single mistake. We've been trying to keep them updated (as you could see, I've been trying to keep the class schedules up-to-date), but all of the crew is doing a lot behind-the-scenes, so we do forget things sometimes. Also, the person who made the profiles spreadsheet works long hours, so he has to update + post + plan with the rest of us during his time off. The fact that you weren't on the roster isn't that we don't care -- it's just a mistake. And I'm sure that when PaperLined gets online, he'll be updating the spreadsheet with your characters and any others that aren't already on it.
As for posting speeds, we've been trying to work on that. The difficulty with joining people of all RP-levels in one guild is that we have to make a lot of compromises. For some people, posting may seem too fast, and for others, it may seem too slow. This goes for the event as well. We had it open for at least a week, if not slightly longer. By the end, enough people were ready to move on. I wasn't able to post much in the event either, but that's one of the kinks we'll be trying to iron out in time for the second event.
As for it becoming technical, we've started with all these spreadsheets because we're trying to get organized. When the guild first started, it was in complete disarray, and though some people were comfortable with it, more people were perturbed. As for it being fast paced, like I said, we're still trying to figure out the pacing. However, I also know that there are a number of slow posters in this guild (even within the crew), so reaching out to them first is also an option. That's one of the benefits of running a guild with all types of RPers -- you're bound to find one that can match your pace.
And if you're concerned about finding people to interact with, plotting ahead of time is a good way of guaranteeing a few more interactions. We have an entire thread set-up specifically aimed toward plotting with other members. This helps me a lot, since most of my characters aren't the type that someone would just strike up a conversation with. When I plot, it gives me a reason to be talking to whatever character I'm talking to (and same for the other person).
I hope you don't think this is in any way attacking any of you guys. I just felt like there were a lot of misunderstandings that needed to be resolved. And of course, if there are issues within the guild, don't be afraid to PM one of us or post in the You 2 Crew thread. Any and all feedback is welcomed and encouraged. We're trying to run this thing for you guys. If you're not having fun, we want to know! Earlier, I said that we're trying to compromise. However, one of the things we don't want to compromise is how much fun this guild is. If the things we're doing is getting that wrong, let us know.

Mine are actually all open right now. I don't always post fast. I actually haven't posted much of anything after the event. Since they didn't get to do anything at the event maybe they could have left the event together after introducing themselves. There is a plotting topic for a reason :/. Right now a lot of people are working on exams. Also I agree with what exahil and angel wrote. The crew is trying their best to work out kinks. It'll get better smile

I'm sorry if it seems I'm blaming the crew and staff. It's more me. I'm having a hard time finding things I used to do fun after getting separated for depression from my career choice. To be completely honest, this is a pretty decent guild. I just am struggling to return to who I was before I left for Basic Training.

No need to apologize. I totally understand that sometimes interest can die off naturally. Plus, what you're going through seems like a lot. I was just trying to address some topics that were voiced that seemed like simple misunderstandings or miscommunications, and try to remedy what I could.
Of course, I hope that you feel better. Ah, that's probably not the right way to say it, but I hope you catch my meaning. It sucks to hear what you're going through.

Okay I've been reading people comments and I must say everyone need to take a chill pill , The Captain and Crew are doing the best they can , there's only one of them and they are human they have life's out of gaia. Don't think they don't care because they do other wise they won't be doing all this for their guild , we just need to all relax and stop assuming anything from them.
I for one think the Crew and Captain should be given lots positive attitude and lot of thanks you for doing their best at running the guide,
