Fair enough~ I also just like exploring a lot. It's just fun. I also tend to replay games like those, though, which is why I have so many hours in them. And then Skyrim there's just SO MUCH to do! Which is actually why I have so many hours in it. lol

Oh I completely understand. It's just, when I have a goal, I'm so driven by it, that I tend to forget there are other things around me, and focus solely on getting what I wanted done finished. I could lose a whole week of my life if you put Skyrim in my hands, and that week would be just me setting my character up to be what I want them to be, leveling them to where I want them to be, and equipping them. By the time I get to the point I'm comfortable enough with my character to explore, I'm generally bored with them. XD

Lol I feel it. Though, if the story is good enough, I tend to power though it. Then there's dragon age, where if you DON'T do the side quests, you miss out on a lot of development and whatnot.

I've never actually played that... I want too, but I haven't. I think that's stupid though, to have character development in optional quests... Unless, the optional quests are optional developments? Like, do them and the character changes in some significant way that alters the ending, don't and it doesn't?

Oh yea, they're optional development. you don't HAVE to make Cole a human, or a spirit, but you can. You can still be their friend, or see character development if you actually talk to them and what not. Then there are quests that push those more if you really want them to do it. The development quests are activated based on if you're actually trying to be friends with them or are romancing them. And then rival quests depending on routes you take. So yeah, these are honestly what push the story and make the game good. So I'm not really that mad about side quests and stuff. Because the world and characters are good enough to want to do them.

Interesting. I may put a bit more effort into getting a chance at playing that game. Which system is it for?

I have 1 & 2 on the Xbox, then 3 on the PC. also on the Playstation. I'd go console, mostly because they're kinda glitchy, still, on the PC. If only because it's Bioware, so the entire budget was spent on story.

Good to know! I don't have a pc that can play the games anyway. XD My Xbox and Playstation on the other hand, in perfect working conditions. mrgreen

Yessss Good~ Very good. The addiction will spread. ALSO If you play all the games, you can import all of the choices you've made in each game into the next, and it'll effect the game. Which is rad.

Oh I like that very much. Ever play Mass Effect? It's just like that. In fact, some choices you make have farther reaching effects than you might even imagine.

I haven't played them, but it's the same company. So Dragon Age works in a very similar way with the choices and what not. I also have no idea why I haven't finished the games. Garrus is basically my fave, and you can romance him in two which I will die for. I should finish the games.... Hmmmm

If you haven't played them... How do you know who the character's are? Jack's my favorite. Hand's down. No contest.

I've played the first game for about an hour. And my roommate is obsessed with the series. And I've also looked into the game, so when I actually end up playing the game, I know what I want to do. Not enough to spoil me, but enough to know things. <3

Boooo! I mean, yay you want to play the game and everything, but boo! You shouldn't have even done that. It's so much better when you don't know. Seriously, I was so surprised when I saw some of the things I saw. For example! There was this reporter chick right! And she was kind of a see you next Tuesday if you catch my meaning. And I punched her in the face! Twice! Then, surprise! Because I had punched her in the face so much! She came to expect it, and dodged my third attempt and punched me! Renegade for life! XD

lol it's kinda hard to not do that when the people around you are like "NO DATE THAT PERSON." or "Do this thing. It'll turn out better. Awww yiss." And then also just I do that. Because I did that in DA and I was mad with some of my choices. Then, you know, played it again.
